Can I ask your advice?
Its not Chaos tech related or anything specific that staff can answer.

When your interviewing for an Administrator, what sort of questions do you ask? What qualities do you look for? I'm possibly going to be taking over as a Faction Owner/starting a Major Faction, and I'd like to break the trend of inefficient staffs in factions I've seen, and get a good team around me.

Tefka
Who do you roleplay, before we get going

Blarghity Blargh Blargh.
Faction Owner for the Blarghers

First question is, why is that not your Discord name
Do you not want people to know who you are?

Blarghity Blargh Blargh
No, I should put it in my discord name but my overall user I usually go by is Blarghity Blargh Blargh.

Tefka
Well this is a question I would ask an Administrator.

Because I want people to know who you are, because its more exposure for your brand that you're advertising.

You are your brand, the first link in the chain people associate with it.

To go by some silly monniker ignores that and rids you of that exposure.

Tefka
Secondly, be active. Get involved where you don't usually get involved. Talk to people you don't usually talk to. Burst your safe space bubble.

If they don't come to you, then you go to them.

A shepherd follows his flock.

Third and lastly, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, you are who you surround yourself with.

If you're too pansy to seperate ties with someone you know is causing you more problems than they're helping you solve
you will fail.

If you're too ignorant to realize they're causing you more problems than they're helping you solve
you will fail.

So as an FO I need to be aware of this with the team thats around me, and if they are causing more problems I shouldn't hesitate in replacing them with someone who won't cause as much problems?

Tefka
Okay, last bit of advice
if you can't answer that question on your own
you will fail.

Blarghity Blargh Blargh
The answer would be Yes.
Thank you for your help.
