A meeting with a Je'daii

@[member="Fiera Eldaska"]

Juthan sat in the ruins of the old fortress, making notes on a datapad about it. Beside him were two of the native Qom Jha, whom seemed to silently stare at him. Juthan glanced over, "Don't worry, i wont destroy the last of the ruins." He grinned at the creature, crimson eyes glinting slightly by the light of the system's sun. He turned to the datapad and powered it down, stuffing it back in his pack and stretching as he headed over to his ship which rested in the main courtyard of the ruined fortress. One of the Qom Jha followed him as it took to the air, seemingly not done observing the Chiss.

Fiera strode through the forest, having ventured to Nirauan several days prior. She had a desire, a thirst for knowledge, which was insatiable. With each step she took through the trees she felt the Force drag her on, drawing her further across the planet, through the jungles, leading her on to a destination she wasn't even certain of. Things had changed dramatically in the past few months, since she awoke to find two Sith standing over her, her memory gone... And since then she had relearned so much. All she could recall were the teachings of the Je'daii which tugged at her, and she knew that she had found the Path she had been seeking. Yes, Fiera was supposed to be a Je'daii.

Slowly the pull began to lift until she could see a fortress in the distance. Intrigued the young woman began to near it, brow raised in curiosity. Why had the Force decided to bring her here..?

Juthan whistled as he came out of his ship with some food rations in his arms, looking over the ruins again and thinking. The Qom Jha still with him at his side, "What do you think about setting up a Trade post in this spot, too noisy?" He turned his head to the Qom Jha, as if listening to it, "Ya your right, no one wants to come here." He went over and sat down, opening the rations and eating from the thermal warmed pack of food. The Qom Jha looked at it curiously, then looking at Juthan who talked again. "You've never had these? Not sure if you like them, its an acquired taste, and im sure you like the native selection better."

When it came fully into sight before her she could not help but smile, it was glorious even if it was no longer in use. All around the native fauna flew and ran, while Asha edged towards the Hand of Thrawn. That is until she spotted another wandering around. Then she tensed, it had been so long since she had met with another, at least someone who was not a Je'daii, that she panicked ever so slightly. But the Force began to tug at her again, urging her on, and how could one such as she resist? No instead she complied, and made her way across to the steps, looking directly at the Chiss with a Qom Jha. She halted several feet away, a safe distance for both of them should he turn hostile or defensive.

Juthan looked @[member="Fiera Eldaska"], surprised to see her. "Uh, hello. Whom do i have the pleasure of welcoming." He grinned, looking at the Qom Jha, "Let her answer, your as impatient as an infant." He turned his head back to her, expecting the human woman to look at him like he was crazy. He was after all sitting alone, in a bunch of ruins, talking to native animals.

The young woman tilted her head to left ever so slightly, before smiling. "Greetings" and following that she inclined her head respectfully as a further greeting. "I am Fiera." When he proved to be no threat, nor did he seem to be on edge at her appearance, she began to step close to him and the odd little creature. The Epicanthix then smiled down at him, being a rather imposing 6'2. "Who is your friend?" she said, with a gesture to the Qom Jha.

Juthan watched the lady as she introduced herself, then looked down at the Qom Jha. "Don't know." He seemed to grin at it after a silent moment. "Ok ok, its name is Friend to Outsiders." As he said this the Qom Jha looked at Fiera, a voice sounding in her mind. "Hello Outsider." Juthan had looked at Fiera as the Qom Jha projected the thought, a knowing grin on his mouth.

"Well, who are you?" she asked, blissfully unaware that the Qom Jha had attempted anything. Even Juthan would be aware that she hadn't received the message. Instead she stepped up towards the creature and crouched down, tilting her head at the bird-like-animal. "Friend to Outsiders? Can't I just call it friend..?" Smiling between the both of them she stood back to her height and looked across to the Citadel. "Care to give me a tour..?" With a gesture of her hand she showed them that she meant the Hand of Thrawn.

Juthan seemed surprised, first that she didn't seem to hear the Qom Jha, then that she asked for a tour. He looked down at the Qom and projected a thought, "Well, lets give her a show." He looked at Fiera as the Qom flew off towards the Citadel. "I must say, i have never had someone ask for a tour, so be prepared for a disappointment of a tour guide." He smiled and turned, walking towards the ruins.

Vull silently watched from a hill overlooking the ruins, his trusty X-45 sniper rifle trained on the scene below. He could hear the conversation between Juthan and the woman through the comlink in his ear. The woman didn't appear to be a threat at the moment, but nevertheless he kept his guard up, ready to act at the first sign of trouble.
