Some of you may have noticed that I’ve been slow this past week + a few days, but even fewer know the reasons why: my wife gave birth to our son Tuesday morning! He’s a healthy, chunky baby with no health complications besides a little tongue tie 
Mom is doing wonderfully as well!
On top of being a first-time dad, I’ve also been hired as a first-year teacher after having graduated and applied for certification two weeks ago. I shadowed/co-taught this course last year, but now it’s mine to run with! I’ll be teaching 6-8th grade journalism and coding/robotics.
All that to say, I’ve been (and will continue to be) slower on posts for a while. I’m going to catch up and complete what’s active now and keep a good throttle on what I jump into to avoid leaving threads unfinished.
