A Lady for Despair

Lady Abaddon

Sith Space

In the darkness of the cabin, a creature unfurled. It rose like a pale ghost birthed from the nether. Standing tall and slender in it's full form. It spoke no words, nor offered any sound. Only breathing slowly from the cabin's air and letting it's lungs fill once again with breath. The creatures eyes blinked twice with two sets of lids and it's womanly head turned slowly towards the cockpit down the hall. It's white hair caressed the gentle curves of it's naked white body and withdrew like a brush from the jagged pale thorns of it's razor-sharp exoskeleton.

Abaddon had awakened nearer her time. They would be upon Sith lands soon. And then she would have no more need for a pilot.

Moments later,
The Hot Sands of a Sith World

The vessel had remained parked on the pad from almost an hour now. It's repulsars still hummed and it's light never blinked once. It was quiet now. The ship never moved. But something was stirring within the belly of the beast. Abaddon drew the body away from the pilot's seat and left it nearer the back rooms. She could feel that this was right. This was the place that her book wanted her to go. Her family was here indeed. Abaddon withdrew a black cloth that covered the crates in the storage room. Wrapping it around herself and letting her brambled thorns tear threw. She now had a thick cloak to cover herself and her modesty. Even if it was mounted to her sharp shoulders like a boar upon a spear. Frayed upon the edges it drew outward behind her like a new lingering shadow and like a dark bride's train.

The female creature walked out upon the landing pad with a tremendous weight upon each foot-fall. The shards of her exoskeleton were like claws growing above her toes. And her heels remained elevated upon twin spikes that impaled downward from her ankles. She walked like a lady and moved like a ghost. Tall, slender, fetching, and bone chilling to an extreme.

Standing underneath the hot sun in the morning of the desert, she breathed in deeply. She would be a Sith Apprentice soon. The creature within her could taste it.

Why was Ged here? This planet was far too hot for his taste. The mask seemed constricting. Even more than usual, due to the hot temperature. The black Sith robes, while made of light material, seemed to keep the heat in. This could be remedied, however. A true Sith was unimpeded by temperature or environment. They drew comfort from the dark side in harsh environments such as this. As he walked on the hot sand, he drew on the power of the dark side to cool himself down. It worked, as expected. The dark side was the more effective side of the Force, after all. Why else were the Sith greater than the Jedi? Well, there were a few reasons, but Ged believed that the true effectiveness of the Sith lay in the mastery of the dark side of the Force.

He could sense something. There was another life-form nearby. It wasn't a Jedi. It was...different. Could it be another Sith? If it was, Ged had never found another like this one before. He strode towards it, this time paying no heed to the intense heat. The dark side shielded it from him.

There was a Sith compound nearby. The Starship had landed very close and was perhaps coming to resupply or for simple transport. Either way, Abaddon was curious to her surroundings. This world was unique to her and she took some time to simply observe it. Noting it's peculiar temperature, lack of moisture, and rocky terrain. It was a fascinating hunting ground to be sure.

Ged approached and she cocked her head to observe him too. The dark side called to her and spoke of his allegiance. This was indeed one of the Krath's brothers. A dark-sider and a Sith. The near-human repositioned herself to face him fully. Speaking without words to his ears,

~ Why come you here, brother of my sisters. What seek ye further than these stones. ~

Her body did not move and her eyes did not flinch.

Kiara found herself walking through the treacherous sands, the winds whipping her cloak around violently in the gust. It was a mere annoyance of course as a Sith Master she had surely endured much worse in her years. Her eyes glowed red as she was actively using the force to see past the sandstorms and truly know what was going on. She saw two figures in a relatively close distance, their auras teeming with the dark side but one was different it was as whatever was calling the darkness wasn't natural. However, she was a sorcerer not an alchemist so it would be nigh impossible in these conditions to attempt to read her completely. Every once she had to force herself to endure such hardships as working under her other alias' and persona had afforded her much comfort. And she knew that it would only weakness her and it has in the since she had from her awakening.

What was this strange sensation? Was the being he had sensed attempting to communicate with him? If so, it seemed that it, too, had mastery over the dark side. It took some mastery to be able to project one's thoughts in this fashion. Clearly, this one was incredibly powerful. Should they prove to be an enemy, he would have to be on his guard. Yet, they seemed to be one with the dark side. In Ged's experience, that almost always meant an ally.

"You. I sensed your presence and was compelled to investigate." he said. He had better identify himself. "I am Sith. Are you Sith?"
