I'm thinking either at a pub somewhere (she gets by as a freelance exotic dancer/entertainer in places like that, among other sideline professions)
2. What's your backstory?
Zagara's the bastard daughter of a wealthy Twi'lek bureucrat from the homeworld of Ryloth, and her concubine mother - a Togrutan slave. She grew up in the slaves' quarters of Lessu (Ryloth's capital city), where she lived off next to nothing (unless you count dirt). Hard life, that. She was eventually sold off as well to a human off-worlder. Became his personal companion aboard his smuggling vessel in between the intersector runs they'd make. She learned how to read, write and was generally allowed free reign in his residence, but she was still a slave. Eventually she ended up killing him, and escaping. She's been a fugitive on the run ever since - calculating, cunning, brutal and defiant.

He's a FO naval officer with a fetish for the taboo, she's an power-hungry, ex-slave Twi'lek scoundrel trying to eke out an existence. How can that not result in fireworks?
