A game of Keep-away

[member="Sally Brooks"]

The guy was just wandering about the rather large space station. After doing his job he started to get bored. He yawned and stretched. His tail swayed back and forth. It wasn't too late in the afternoon but it was a well enough time to relax before going to sleep. Not like he was going to do it anyways.

His ears twitched as he heard the whirs of a droids mechanical joints and looked into its direction. She seemed like a droid but, she felt like a human. this would be the first time he had ever felt that. At least to some extent. He began to approach silently. He began to follow her. Was she going home? Maybe this afternoon wasn't going to be boring after all.

[member="Kit "] The station had been the perfect place to acquire the equipment Sally needed for her research. Ever since her escape from Bespin after unintentionally forcing the authorities after her it was hard for a wanted droid to move about in open public, especially when she'd tried several time to convince them she was an actual human. With a little more freedom and a private shuttle by her "employer" awaiting Sally was trying to do what was needed now to complete what she started. Already on her way back to the ports with everything in her bag Sally hoped these things would work.

As she walked she passed by a number of things that constantly reminded her of her past as a human. People eating. Children at play. Lovers holding hands. All of these things she could never feel the same again now trapped in a droid body. She couldn't even feel things or touch them without feeling cold. There were no real sense to her anymore, only automated designs and devices. Often she would lose herself n these thoughts that she would lose herself at times.

He continued to watch her. His ears twitched as he watched and his tail had a certain sway to it. It was almost like a wolf stalking its prey. He began to wonder what she was thinking. Every conversation she had could be clearly heard the the Ruferalahuín.

Of course as he kept walking some of the children wanted to play with his tail. He always had to worry about it. Just the matter of it being soft and fluffy (As he has been told) makes it amusing to play with. He simply kept walking behind the droid-human-thing. They had to be close right. It would be really soon until he could see wherever she was going. Nobody ever goes to far away from their home or where they stay. That was always the case. It even applied to him. He had an apartment near his job. He wouldn't mind however, going out of his way for a little joke.

[member="Kit "]Walking through a station always felt longer than it actually was. Given that there was so much stored in what was basically an over-sized satellite it made sense in some cases. For Sally she was at least glad her robotic body allowed for more endurance and strength. In fact she didn't really feel "tired" anymore. Whenever she'd sleep it was more like being on a stand-by mode for her. It was so odd, trying to become more and more use to this body and it's controls and sensations; what little there were. It was these little things that were part of why she was so upset with being trapped within.

He yawned slightly once again. In his head all he could say was: Geez how much farther... He wasn't very tired in terms of strength. He was more mentally worn out then anything else. His internal clock always reminded him when to sleep. One thing he did alot on his free time was take naps.

Out of his species he was probably one of the few that seemed like a Housetrained pet. He took naps, Ate when he wanted/needed and, worked a job with some tech. He wasn't perfect with technology but he had always confronted it. Especially when in work.
