Description:
In space, and with modern technology, you could strap an engine onto a brick and make it fly. And that is what was done here. The 8P-C Barge is a giant flying brick with a single purpose, cargo hauling. Designed to carry either a single AT-SAT or a large amount of cargo the design was made to be as small as possible while still capable of carrying the monstrous walker.

Powered by sixteen I-f4b Solar Ionization Reactors the vessel supports decent shielding and weapons having six laser cannon turrets divided between either flank of the craft. The craft itself is rather slow and ponderous depending upon an escort to get to its destination. Although designed to be small enough to fit in the bays of a Star Destroyer the barge is large enough that it was given its own hyperdrive in order to be able to act independently of a command ship.

I like this, in fact it's almost an instant approve, but in your first paragraph your last sentence needs some looking at. I think you were going to list out cargo and passenger options but got distracted with size things.
