Observational Reports and Interviews with the unit indicate that 818-K (or "Sanguinaria"; the unit has displayed a fondness for botany) has adjusted remarkably well to life Post-Conversion. The unit displays none of the anti-social tendencies of earlier hybridization patients, and has expressed concern for the well-being of her evaluation team on multiple occasions. Data gathered from neural implants indicates that said concern was genuine. 818-K has also begun developing a personality, albeit a somewhat shallow one; it is this doctor's opinion that group therapy and academic lessons would have been preferable to simply allowing the unit access to action holovids. On the other hand, 818-K has displayed both a fondness for martial endeavors and ease at dehumanizing forces deemed opposition by her superiors. While the latter is necessary, given the unit's function, I hesitate to call it healthy, and worry that she will face the same issues many of the Galaxy's Special Forces units struggle with.
818-K has fully embraced our organization's ideology, and her role within it. One point of concern, however, is 818-K's jealousy; the unit has displayed intense hostility towards other operatives that she perceives as competition, even going so far as to intentionally cripple a Force Sensitive soldier during training exercises. The incident has not been repeated since, but it is my recommendation that she continue to receive therapy to work through these issues whenever possible.

Unit 818-K displays no defects in either its mechanical or biological components, nor does it report any discomfort which could hinder mission effectiveness. The unit's physical capabilities are impressive, surpassing all of The Collective's (unaugmented) human operatives tested as of the time of this writing. Endurance is as one would expect from a product with mainly cybernetic components, and the unit's reaction time is frankly exceptional. Visual and Aural sensory input are also vastly improved after the unit's relevant sensory organs were replaced.

- Unit shows little to no hesitation when faced with the necessity of violence, and is in fact enthusiastic about the possibility of bloodshed.
- All Factory Standard cybernetics are shielded against EMP blasts and Ion Weaponry. The Evaluation Team makes no promises in regards to personalized modifications or third-party parts.
