Aola fired back at their pursuers but Shai didn't care about that now. They needed to get out of here as quickly as possible. "Like I said, they can be good business partners as long as you don't piss them off!" she hollered over her shoulder as she drew her pistol and fired a stun round at a nearby soldier. The less damage she did now, the more she could salvage her relationship with them later.

Thankfully they arrived at the ship, but Shai didn't stop. "The kark you stopping for?! Come on!" she shouted at them as she stood in the doorway, firing at some guards coming at them. Once they were all on board, Shai rushed to the cockpit and started the ship up. soft thudding echoed through the ship as blaster bolts hit the hull. Though at least they didn't do much other than scratching the paint. Shai flipped switches and started the ship up. The scanners quickly pointed out the incoming vessels. "Aola, I need you on the shields. Get them online like I explained. Buckle up, kiddies. This is gonna be a bumpy ride." she ordered Aola as the ship started to take off.

She hit the throttle and the ship blasted forward. Leaning hard on the controls, shai swung the freighter around and flew in the opposite direction. The ships were getting closer and closer. Cannon bolts zipped past them with some scoring a hit. A shudder rocked the ship as the shots impacted. "Divert more power to the rear. Tauss, can you work gun controls on a ship?" she asked the massive being as she swerved all over the place to avoid getting hit. She spotted a bunch of jagged peaks and massive trees, giving her an idea. "Hold on!" she called out, diving the ship straight to the ground. At the last minute, she pulled up and yanked the controls back and forth as she avoided the trees and rocks narrowly.

She was nervous but she held her focus. As long as Aola could regulate the shields, they would be fine. She took a hard turn and flew between two mountain peaks. To her satisfaction a blip disappeared on the scanner, bringing a smirk to her face. "One down!" she quipped.

"I know how to shields work!" Said Aola annoyingly and jumped into the seat and started to really go to town on the controls, to match the attacks. Tauss grunted a bit, before walking off to the guns and soon they returned fire. The chase was while and multiple shots hit them but were absorbed by the shield, expertly. Bobbing and weaving through the air with two more still hard on their heels.

Another blip disappeared on the scanner after some crazy manoeuvring needed from Shai as the shield had received some very heavy pounding from repeated getting hit by blaster fire. "KRAKING SHAB!" Cursed Aola, "The kraking shield is out!" cursed the Twi'lek again and pressed the comm, "buddy, shields down, we really need you to get the last ship!" Said Aola. The blue Twi'lek received some very violently squeals and grunts back, causing the girl's eyes to widen. "Okay, that was just uncalled for!" scolded Aola and started to debate with her friend.

"Fine, fine! No need to get nasty, Just take the last one out Tauss!" Said Aola and closed off the comm. It didn't take long before the last blip disappeared in the scanner, making they home free from getting shot down. "Get us out of here! I'm not ready to be capture by any criminal organization" Said Aola.

Things were getting dicy. At least Aola managed to work the shields which saved them a couple times. Shai pushed the ship hard, but it held up without issue. She knew the limits of her ship and this was child's play compared to what it could take. That didn't stop her from flinching, though, whenever it shuddered under cannon fire.

When the shields shut down, Shai got more and more risky with her flying to avoid getting hit. She couldn't help but smirk when Tauss made some remarks over the comms. "Dude's got a mouth on him." she quipped, flashing Aola a smirk. At least he could do more than talk. The last blip on the scanners disappeared and Shai breathed a sigh of relief. "Relax, sweetheart. We're home free now." she commented as she flew them out of the atmosphere and jumped to hyperspace. Safe from any pursuit, Shai let go of the controls and turned to face Aola. "Hope they're not too ticked off." she joked with a snicker as she got up and motioned for Aola to follow. She led her to the rec room and waited for Tauss to join up with them. "Alright, time to split the cash." she muttered as she opened the case.

Shai carefully, with Aola and Tauss watching her, split the money equally in three. Each share she placed into secure containers and handed them to the other two. "As promised, equal share." she assured them as she slipped her share into her satchel. "Okay kiddo, what's next for you? Did you have any specific stops or places you wanted to go to? I'll more than gladly drop you two off." she offered her as she dropped onto the couch, kicking her feet up on the table as she looked at the two of them.

Sighing a breathe of relief, she smiled to herself and glanced at Shai, before following the woman back to the rec room. It didn't take long before Tauss arrived as well and was in a great mood from blowing ships up. Looking at her long time friend, sharing an understanding look before giving Shai their attention, watching her split the credits up equally.

Taking both their share and placed them on a table, Aola checked just to be on the safe side. She hasn't survived this long on the wrong side of the law, without double-checking. When the spit checked out, she smiled cheerfully and nodded to her friend who stood grunted satisfied. "Well, my ship is in a hanger bay on Coruscant" explained Aola while Tauss headed for the sofa Shai sat on.

What happened next, was a powerful knockout punch to the side of her head from Tauss, followed by Aola quick drawing her blaster and fired a stunning shot hitting Shai straight in the chest. Aola couldn't take a chance, as much fun Shai was, she did know how to handle a blaster and if Tauss knockout punch didn't do the job, her stunning shot should do the trick.

If Shai somehow with a stroke of luck, didn't get knocked out from Tauss out of nowhere punch or dodged Aola's quick follow up stun shot, had Tauss grabbed the Shistavanen.

She didn't want Shai to die, that would make Aola just as bad as every other criminal in the galaxy. Though the knockout punch and stunning shot would give Shai a heavy headache the day after.

Once Shai was unconscious in the sofa or floor, they would tie her up securely. Aola also removed all of Shai's gear on her that could help her escape and placed them in the sink. Next part of their plan was Shai's little droid and shot it as well with stun setting on, which only shut it down until it was powered back on.

Lastly, Aola went into the cockpit and sat the coordinates for Coruscant.

Once Shai would wake up, she would find herself alone in her ship, her droids deactivated, a small holopad with a recorded message on and a tool to get herself free. She would also feel the heavy headache from getting knocked out and stunned. If she checked her ship for anything stolen, she would find that everything was still there, with the expectation of the credits and the suitcase of credits from Veeto.

If Shai checked the message once she freed herself, a small hologram of Aola came to life. "Hey. Sorry for the rough farewell, nothing personal, but a girl gotta live" replayed the hologram of Aola. She was still a pirate by trade, after all, so she wasn't truly heartbroken from stealing all the credits.

Another message started to play, "don't try and find me, I've already left Coruscant, better luck next time captain Longsnout!" said the message with a cheerful voice, a wink while performing a mock salute, before the message ended.

What happened next, she never saw coming. She let her guard down, trusted the little girl too easily... and now it cost her. She got knocked out cold out of nowhere and felt a stun bolt finish the job properly. For the entire trip she was completely unconscious, only stirring and grumbling some every now and then.

When she finally came to, she was tied up and all alone...with Baby not responding as he sat a few feet away from her. She had a hell of a headache and her entire body ached. After a few seconds, she realized what had happened. "That karking brat!" she shouted, immediately regretting it as her headache only worsened. Rather groggily she managed to untie herself with the knife they left her and gently massaged her head for several moments. When she felt a tiny bit better, she turned the holopad on and watched with an annoyed glare as the girl made her excuse. "Should have karking used the concussion grenade in that bar." she grumbled to herself before finally rising heavily from her seat.

She turned Baby back on and took her weapons out of the sink. She sighed and went to get a beer from the fridge...only to remember what happened to all her beer. "Could have at least topped that up for me before leaving..." she grumbled further, slapping the fridge door closed and waddling her way to her bed. Nothing seemed stolen as far as she could see, which was a relief. The credits was rather sorely needed but it wasn't that big an issue. Taking a whiff of herself, she scrunched her nose and undressed before wandering into the shower. The warm water helped a bit to get rid of the headache, but not all that much. After washing and drying herself off, she collapsed onto her bed and merely sulked for a solid five minutes. Finally her defeated look curled into a smile as she thought the situation over. "Let's be honest...I would have done the same if she weren't so damn adorable." she quipped to herself. She heard her droid beeping behind her and turned slightly to glance at him.

Motioning for him to come closer, she petted him sleepily and turned to lie on her back. "We can just chill for a bit, Baby. Gotta restock that beer and figure out our next game plan. But right now... lock down the ship and everything else. I'm going to sleep until this headache goes away." she ordered him calmly, slowly crawling in under her sheets.

As ticked off as she was over the whole thing...she had to admire the girl's tenacity. Though she would definitely be having a word with her the next time they meet...
