Private 1, 2, 3 BREAK

Originally Kragr were going to check out a strange signal he has been getting from somewhere in Taris. However, once he scouted out the area in the Undercity, he was met with quite a lot of guards, highly trained and gear as well, which only piqued his interest even more. Though, he doubted he could take them on his own and decided to call in a favour from an old friend, another Mandalorian who Kragr was sure could find somebody willing to throw themselves into danger. While waiting, he decided to find a place to lay low and wait for a call back from his contact, by finding a bar to have a drink.

It didn't take long, maybe half a day for the old Mandalorian to call back to Kragr, ensuring him that he had found one up for the challenge. He even said that she reminded the old man a bit about Kragr in personality, though Kragr doubted it. However, he thanked his old friend and closed the call. Once he closed the call, he continued to drink, ending up with enough alcohol to kill a Nerf, passing out in a hostal room. Waking up the next day, surprisingly fresh, ate some breakfast, and waited for the other Mandalorian to arrive at Taris.

Sitting by himself, as he waited, he ordered some coffee to get some quick energy back. Looking at the door, he saw another Mandalorian enter, female, and matched the description he had gotten by his contact. "don't just stand there, get over here" called Kragr.

Isabeau Isabeau

A Mandalorian. They weren't that uncommon here - they were, after all, in Network territory. But then, maybe there weren't so many of them taking the public shuttles as they often travelled in their own ships with their own clan. But neither the owner of a ship nor knowing anyone else who was going to Taris, this was the best solution. With her helmet on, Isabeau sat in the corner seat at the back of the ship, checking and then double checking her gear until they finally arrived. Happy to be down on the ground again, the girl still moved relatively slowly, remaining well aware of her surroundings as the herd of passengers made their way towards the spaceport exit.

An old friend who had been keeping a watchful eye on her since childhood had gotten her a job. It was with another Mandalorian "A hulking red-headed guy, can't miss 'im" he said, adding a joke that Isabeau would probably grow up to be much like him herself. Curious to see who this guy was, she moved towards a local hostel. There were plenty of scummy people around but a heavily armed figure with a T-visor was usually enough to keep any ill-willed person away, at least during this hour of the day when they had yet to have their seventh drink.

Finally arriving, Isabeau took of her helmet, allowing her hair to fall down over her shoulders as she looked around. Not even having to look, she realised that it was probably Kragr speaking, his voice and demeanour matching what had been described to her rather well. "Su cuy" she said with a nod, Her voice was still cool and distant, not being one who was quick to warm up to strangers. "Isabeau" she introduced herself whilst sitting down on the armrest of the couch next to his armchair. After a few moments of awkward silence, the young Mandalorian spoke again, "From Serroco, Adrien sent me" just to make sure that he knew that it really was her that he was expecting.

Not being much for chit-chatting with a stranger she had first met, Isabeau looked around "So..." she said before looking down on him from her elevated position sitting on top of the armrest. With her gaze finally fixing on him, she spoke "Are we going? If not, I wanna know where they've got the Tihaar" With a nonchalant voice and serious face, there were no real signs that she was joking - she really did want to either go out on their adventure, or grab a drink.

"Oh I know, you match his description of you" replied the red-haired Mandalorian with a grin. His grin spread to a fully cheerful smile, slapping his hands together, and rose from his seat. "Let's go," he said with determination, however, he did place a bottle of Tihaar in her lap as he went past her, "However, no one never said we couldn't do both, though do save some for me, vod" he shrugged, walking towards the entrance of the bar. "See you probably later" called Kragr to the owner of the bar who just waved and returned to his work.

Expecting Isabeau to follow, he clipped his helmet by his belt and started to walk in the direction of the turbolift to get down to the Undercity. "So, did Adrien tell you what the job entailed?" He asked, just to make sure that they were on the same page. If Isabeau had gotten told what the job entailed he would give a quick explanation that he had followed a strange signal, leading him to the Undercity and to a place highly guarded. And while he probably could take on the base on his own, having another Mandalorian to cover his flank was preferred with how decked out these guards were.

Standing in the turbolift with Isabeau, Kragr looked at his temporary partner, not looking away if Isabeau made eye contact. After two minutes, the red-haired man finally spoke up, "don't see it, think the age is getting to the old man. But we'll see when we're in a fight" stated Kragr and pulled his blaster, checking it, before holstering it again.

Hearing to the low steaming sound of the lift stopping, Kragr exited the lift one the doors slide open and led Isabeau down a corridor. They passed a lot of people of the lowest of lowest in the social hierarchy on Taris and a lot of people often got taken and sold as slaves or pulled into gangs to bolster the rivaling gangs roaming the Lower cities and Undercity.

While they continued to walk down the slithering and dirty corridor, Kragr unclipped his helmet and placed slip it on and stopped by a corner. Prompting for Isabeau to stop, "take a look," said Kragr, moving back to give her some room to peep around the corner. Looking down a new corridor, Isabeau would see five heavily armed guards by a large set of doors, forming a gate, all keeping an eye open for strangers. "Scouted the place out before you arrived and I'm pretty sure it's human trafficking operation going on behind the scene. With that said, I could most likely do this on my own, but I rather not set my limit, since I don't know the size of the inside location" explained Kragr, taking a peep himself.

"With that said, it should be pretty stray forward I'll say unless you're one of those Mando'ade who likes to take things slow and stealthy?" commented Kragr, looking back at Isabeau, not exactly said it to kriff on her combat method or way of fighting. Yet kind of still did insinuate that fighting silent and stealthily was boring and not the correct way to fight like a Mandalorian.

Isabeau Isabeau

She did indeed follow - it was quite clear who was in charge of this mission and all Isabeau did for now was trying to keep up. Still, compared to Kragr, she was a bit more mobile, or at least so she thought. Realising that Adrien had pulled a prank on her, Isabeau simply repeated his words upon being asked if she knew what the job entailed "A big red brute" Knowing how some Mandalorians reacted when feeling playful, she was fully prepared to hop out of range in case he decided to try to throw a light punch at her or grab her over the neck. Naturally, nothing truly dangerous was ever going to happen - but she would prefer not being taught a hard lesson the first day on the job - at least not one of this sort.

Pulling at her blaster rifle when she saw that he did, Isabeau also inspected her weapon. Kragr's comment was not all too expected - but then again, he was a stranger. The girl didn't like strangers and rarely, if ever, warmed up to them quickly and Kragr would be no exception. They had not developed any kind of relationship and more importantly, they had never fought each other. In her eyes, there was no need to care too much - yet. Still, she wanted to learn from him and a reply was warranted. Looking up at him, she let out a nonchalant comment "Or maybe it's getting to you" refraining from adding an "old man" at the end. Soon stowing the rifle, the two continued towards their destination.

Once there, Isabeau did as he asked, taking a long careful look at the guards. Upon returning in back behind the corner, she listened to what he had to say whilst taking tying her hair into a bun, taking a sip of the tihaar he gave her before handing at back and taking on her helmet. "There is no honour in sneaking in the shadows" she said rather bluntly. Whether it was youthful overconfidence or pure recklessness was unclear, but the young Mandalorian soon left their cover behind the corner. The guards gave her a confused look whilst slowly starting to ready themselves. They were too slow as she had soon started her jetpack, propelling her towards them headfirst at an incredible speed. With a raised blaster pistol, she shot one of the foes before arriving. Turning around 180 degrees midair, Isabeau both slowed down dramatically and got in a position to kick one of the guards into a wall. While he might be able to recover, it would definitely take some time seeing the rather brutal impact. Turning around and unsheathing her vibrosword, Isabeau managed to lock blades with a third foe who had already commenced an over-head attack.

The opponent she had locked blades with was quite obviously stronger than her, but the youngster had confidence that she would be able to deal with him eventually. But then, there were three others who were still alive, even thought one of them was taken out for the moment. If Kragr didn't help out, she might be in a bit of trouble.

Kragr Krayt Kragr Krayt

Isabeau's comments almost made Kragr want to punch her, not out of spite or because she offended him, but because she was quick on the burn. He liked that about her, besides, what kind of Mando'ad didn't love a good smackdown?

Oh, he really liked this Mando'ad, she was a woman after his own heart as he watched her charge the guards head-on. He actually lifted his helmet up, letting it hang on, giving he the option to quickly push in down again. Walking towards the chaos that Isabeau had erupted on her attack, taking a large swig of the tihaar. As he placed the cork back in, pushed his helmet back over and activating his jetpack, launching himself directly at the guards.

As Isabeau stood with locked blades with the stronger opponent, she felt him getting knocked out of her way, as Kragr grabbed the man's head and slammed it into the ground. In a quick motion, he dodged the one that just had gotten up's attack and smashed the bottle of tihaar into the man, sending broken glass and tihaar into the now screaming man's face.

The guard that was kicked into the wall, finally just managed to get his conscious back, only to feel his helmet get pulled off and then blackness. What had caused his mind to just blackout, was because Kragr had pulled off the man's helmet and just hammered in the guard's skull with his own helmet. Bloodied and unmoving, Kragr got up again and walked back to Isabeau while killing the guard he faceplanted into the floor, leaving just himself and Isabeau by the entrance.

The only one that was still alive, was the one who had his face smashed in by a bottle of tihaar, making him blind and screaming, so Kragr shot him as well. "Ah, nothing get's the blood pumping as a warm-up. Wouldn't you agree? Or do you need a breather? It did look rather dire for you for a moment" commented Kragr with a grin, teasingly, slapping her shoulder. If Isabeau decided to punch him for suggesting she was getting her ass kicked, was Kragr completely prepared for and almost expected.

If Isabeau didn't punch or did other things, Kragr would pull his slugthrower and walk to the control panel, controlling the door. He would wait for Isabeau to get into position since non of them knew what would greet them on the other side. Once she was in position, he would side in the access card he snapped from one of the guards, opening the blast door.

Isabeau Isabeau

The larger opponent was suddenly swept away as Kragr's hand guided his head down to the floor. With her blade suddenly free, she quickly rushed forward and made her way around the large red-haired one she had teamed up with. On the other side game two guards with vibroswords at full swing, both intending to slash down on her ally. Before they could reach him, she got in between, catching both. Of course, catching too blades was no easy task and her arms quickly gave way to their combined overwhelming force - but Isabeau had never intended to straight out block them. All she wanted to do was to keep Kragr's back free. With that, she simply redirected both enemy blades diagonally to the floor. Not long after, did he take one of them out with a bottle of Tihaar.

Smirking, her eyes went from the Tihaar marinaded foe to the one she still stood to face. He was visibly scared, seeing his friends defeated and the other Mandalorian beating up his mate in the background. Going on the offence, Isabeau rushed forth, swinging her blade upwards diagonally, starting from her lower right-hand side. Of course, he managed to block it by bringing his own blade down low - but that was a mistake as the nimble fighter let go of her own blade, hopped over the two weapons and engaged her jetpack, sending her smashing into the foe's chest. Dropping his weapon, the enemy fell down to the ground with Isabeau in top of him. She threw a glance at how Kragr took out his enemy with his own helmet and decided to do the same thing. With that, she took off his helmet and smashed it against his head, knocking him out. Getting back up, Isabeau clapped her hands and went back to reclaim her weapon.

It was impressive, how the larger Mandalorian had fought - she had been paying attention throughout the battle and noticed that he had not even started using his weapons yet. When she was just about to give him a compliment, Kragr turned around and insulted her. She thought it was rich, coming from him - surely he had to realise that not everyone were built as a tank like him. The girl looked up at him, letting her T-visor bore into his eyes as she walked closer. His slap on her shoulder made quite the impact, and while her armour protected her from feeling a sting from it, it also reinforced the idea that he was considerably much stronger then her, despite her rigorous training and luck in the genetic lottery. She let out a tame, almost docile "H'uur (hush)" whilst his hand still lingered at her side.

Once the arm was back at his side, however, she would show that she was not so easily tamed. Two quick punches were sent towards his helmet. If he didn't move to block, she would follow through before bouncing back out of range, hoping that her speed would carry her through against the much stronger opponent. But then, Isabeau relied on him blocking - if he did, she would cease her attack and quickly try to slip in under his arm to stand diagonally behind him, put a leg between the two of his before using all her power to utilise the leverage provided by her leg to send him down to the floor - even letting her body weight, and the weight of her gear help bring him down. It was a sudden and quick attack focusing on disrupting his center of balance rather than actually causing him harm. If successful, she would let out a low "That was for wasting the Tihaar" before walking over to the control panel, prepared to open it once Kragr showed that he was ready.

~~Theme~~

The punches came almost expectedly, or maybe Kragr hope to see her claws out. Regardless, he saw Isabeau's attack and with a quicken snap, her wrists were caught in his strong hands. Tilting his head a bit, before letting go of them, expecting her to go in for a knee to the gut, but instead, he was toppled as tall as he was long.

Hearing Isabeau say what she said, Kragr was filled with glee, a wicket grin formed behind his red and white helmet. halfway up, he looked at Isabeau, "Yaas. Oh, I like you" before charging the female Mandalorian, hugging his eager arms around her waist and actually lifted her up and threw Isabeau to the side. His throw was nowhere near enough to actually cause damage or hurt her, but it would be enough for her to be thrown through the air for a second.

Facing Isabeau, standing between the console panel to the doors and Isabeau. "Is that's the best you can do cyar'ika(sweetheart)?" Asked Kragr, using cyar'ika as a tease, expanding his arms out, really daring the female Mandalorian to come at her. "or was a little slap to your back enough to tame the mighty verd(warrior)?" Added Kragr, really smearing thick on his cockiness.

Kragr knew all too well the words used at her, calling Isabeau sweetheart or insinuate that he had tamed the warrior in her, was all a mean to get her fired up. He had a feeling she had more in her than she let on and what better way to know a vod, than to fight?

He cared not for what was behind the door, right now he wanted to see what this Mando'ad had in her. After their little dance, then they could see what was behind, but right now was Kragr's focus on Isabeau.

Already having walked a couple of meters, Isabeau reacted way too slowly to his charge, only barely turning around before his arms clasped around her waist. Feeling herself being hoisted into the air, the girl fought off an urge to activate her jetpack and just go with the flow - this was not the kind of fight where items of that calibre were to be used. Looking down on him, she kicked and punched at the weak points of his armour, thinking of how she might need to put on a few kilos or start to wear heavier armour than her current rather minimalist one - anything to make it a bit harder to just pick up and throw around.

What was to come next was not unexpected as he flung her away. It was quite the demonstration of power and strength as his effort caused her to remain airborne for more than a second, 'flying' two-three metres before touching ground again. Almost like a feline, the girl landed on all fours, quickly turning her gaze back at him with a ferocious expression on her face. His vice-like grip around her waist and the impact from landing was still causing her a bit of pain, but for now, she was hiding it well.

For a moment, Isabeau considered playing along, acting the role of a sweet cyar'ika - but no: If she was going to beat him, or be beaten, it would be through honest combat. With that, she let out a quick focused breath before starting to bounce a little, shifting her weight between the left and right foot, whilst raising her fists in a guard position around her head. Kragr had better reach and she was no match to him in terms of strength - instead, the girl would have to rely on speed and agility. Slowly moving in towards him, remaining light on her feet, Isabeau would start circling around him.

While hoping that he would lash out so that she could hop back and counter attack, Isabeau would eventually go in for a couple of quick jabs at the side of his arm before quickly bouncing back out of his reach again. As the slow skirmish went on, it would become increasingly obvious that she barely even focused on attack his head or torso, but instead kept chipping away at whatever limbs he sent at her. After one of her counter attacks, she would once again enter a safer range, eyes searching for signs of frustration before letting out a teasing "Olaror bat, ori b'amr" [come on, big boy] with the hopes of goading him into going on the offence to tire himself out. If the enormous red-head went in for an offence which tired him outm the girl would go in for a couple jabs against his head, but once again feint, pulling the attack back to slip in under his arms - but this time, that too, was a feint. Hoping that his guard would now be down, trying to defend against both feints, she simply went in to tackle him in order to make him fall to the ground again.

It was a good strategy against most foes - but then, most foes weren't quite as large as Kragr. Combating the giant was more risky since getting caught by him might very well be the end of the fight. In a way, he might as well be carrying a weapon. But then, they were Mandalorian - this was how it was supposed to be.

She wanted to fight, good, Kragr was always down for a good smackdown. Spreading his arms out, taking a couple of steps from side to side, taunting to with a wide-open front. However, he was faster one would expect and quickly got into a defensive position, as Isabeau went of some light rather weak punching. She was most likely testing him, feeling his defences, well she was welcome to try.

While he called her bluff, he still acted out on her faints, producing light jabs at her he waited for her real attempts as he took her punches. The moment Isabeau went behind him, he was ready and whipped around taking her tackle head-on, holding on to the female Mandalorian, placing both his feet on her stomach. When they both fell, Kragr pushed out with his feet, launching Isabeau over him, making her slam into the floor over him, so they would lay head to head.

If that was a success, he would roll back on to his stomach and slap his hand down on her throat, to keep her down as he himself got up and sat down on top of her. If that was a success he would go for her wrists and slam them down, keeping them above her head, completely locking her down to the floor, with himself on top of her. "I like your spirit kih senaar(little bird)" taunted Kragr, giving her yet another nickname.

Isabeau Isabeau

He was taking the hits, only producing light jabs which were easy enough to avoid as she worked at his defences, taking the small victories where she could. It was rare to find an opponent his size and she was revelling in the opportunity of figuring out precisely how to take him down. Almost a little frustrated, the young Mandalorian let out an low "You tough ne'kaan" (non-combatant) under her breath as their dance continued with him passively waiting for the girl to commit.

In hindsight, her next move, the faints and then the tackle was a rather silly attack. Why go heavy on the offensive when her rather passive strategy had worked so well? Sure, it was slow, but it did feel like she was having the upper hand. Naturally, Isabeau was blissfully unaware of how things would have gone had they continued as he could probably have produced a fearsome offensive himself. At any rate, she soon found herself on the floor, having been brought down along with him and kicked up to land in a position mirrored to his with their heads pointing at each other. The red-head was faster than she expected from someone of his build but she was no slow-poke herself. Quickly rolling over to lie on her belly as well as getting up, she soon felt his hand collide with her throat, temporarily cutting off her supply of oxygen. At the same time, however, her own hand was soaring in his direction, ready to extend the hidden blade built into her vambrace. Time seemed to slow down into a crawl as she realised what she was about to do and hastily aborted the second part of the plan, resulting in her fist being sent straight into his side without any extended blade. It was hurting from the impact - she sure hoped that he would be hurting from it too.

Kragr kept pushing forth, forcing her onto back down onto the floor with his hand around her throat and soon enough, he was seated on top of her. While she tried to avoid having him grab her wrists, avoiding his arms and even throwing a punch at his helmet, it was only a matter of time before he would get hold of her limbs since her mobility was limited and his position was superior. Isabeau's stamina was good, but this last struggle had given her pause - with heavy breaths, she looked up at him as he gave her another nickname and unlike last time, there weren't many ways for her to get back at him now. Instead, she simply laid still underneath him whilst recovering her breath. "Next time" she said, pausing as she panted "I'll get you next time"

It would not take long before she had recovered fully and she let out a playfully timid "Can you please let me go, oh great ori'vod?" Once her limbs were free, Isabeau would take off her helmet and clip it to her belt whilst letting her hair fall down from the bun it had been in. The young Mandalorian had worked up a sweat and was quite happy to cool down a little. Still, she remained diligent enough to quickly get back up on her feet and jog over to the door controls - Kragr had won this fight, the least she could do was to open the door for him.

Kragr Krayt Kragr Krayt

Isabeau had guts, and a fiery personality. Her fighting spirit truly made Kragr's plus go crazy when they had fought. As they were on the floor and Isabeau tried to punch him in the side, she quickly found out why he wore full heavy Beskar'gram, as it didn't even move him from her impact with her fist. Sitting on the female Mandalorian, holding her wrist and being in a rather intimate distance and position even. While they both still had a helmet on, a toothy smile spread from side to side behind the faceless helmet, which quickly turned into a smirk. "Good, you might give me a decent fight next time" teased the red-haired Mandalorian.

Thinking a bit on her request, "oh, I don't know. ori'vod, it quite suits you" teased Kragr as he did let go of her wrist to remove his own helmet. While Isabeau's hair fell down from the bun it had been it, Kragr's bushy beard stood strong and firm as it kept its thickness. Some of his wild hair, hitting just above the shoulders, had moved in front of his eyes, making him move it back. Clipping his helmet to his belt, Kragr didn't move from his sitting position on top on the woman. When Isabeau had control over her breathing again, removed Kragr himself finally, pulling the woman up on her feet.

Following Isabeau over to the control panel, he repositioned his helmet over his head again and pulled his blaster, and walked in front of the blast door as it opened.

Isabeau Isabeau beau

Hearing his comment about giving him a decent fight next time caused Isabeau to kick back to life, kicking and trying her best to break free to little avail. Quickly realising that her struggles didn't stand much of a chance leading anywhere, she calmed down again and asked to be released once having recovered her breath. Of course he kept teasing her, but at this point, there was little she could do to fight back. As soon as her helmet was off and clipped to her belt, Isabeau looked up at him, expecting to be released. Instead, he kept here there whilst fixing his hair and taking his time to put away his own helmet. Not being too fond of her powerless situation, Isabeau started pushing up against him hard with whatever body part he sat on, now able to use both her legs and arms for leverage. Seeing as this too was to little avail, she sighed and was just about to say "Please" but was stopped as he actually did let her go.

Quickly back on her feet, she felt like a Kath pup finally allowed to roam the fields again. "Thanks" she said as she turned down to override the console security. Gaining a mischievous smile on her lips, she looked up at him as he readied to rush through the entrance "If you hadn't, I'd have had to kill you" she said with a sly voice - while she was obviously not serious, the words weren't completely empty either. Still, she flashed him a sly grin before returning to the console.

With one more button left to press to open the door, she took on her helmet "Let's hope your blade is as sharp as your tongue, Loc" she said, quickly pressing the button. The doors swooshed open, revealing a large warehouse with plenty of thugs, armed with blasters rifles, pistols, vibroswords and the occasional grenade. Almost all of them quickly focused on the large Mandalorian standing in the middle of the door opening rather than the more lithe girl by the controls at the side. While Isabeau was happy that maybe these thugs would give her a little bit of payback against him, she didn't want to let the red-headed Mandalorian to get all the glory and honour for himself. With that, she rushed out into the open, firing her rifle at their foes until she finally took cover behind her large ally who had a proper set of Beskar. Sticking close to him, regardless of if he moved or not, she would at times peek out to take a couple of shots before going in behind him again. Soon, someone got the bright idea of throwing a grenade at them "Grenade!" she hollered, pushing him in one direction whilst jetpacking away in the other. Travelling quickly and comfortable in the air, she kept firing until she reached the top of a shelf that rose many meters above the ground. From this vantage point, she slowed down her firing and focused on supporting Kragr, specifically to protect him from getting flanked.

Upon punching in the last set of buttons, the blast door opened and in an instant Kragr got shot at. Shot after shot, the blaster bolts ricocheted off of Kragr's heavy beskar'gam, as Isabeau moved swiftly into the warehouse, blasting left and right. Man, what a woman! Oh what he was about to do, didn't need a blade as she took a couple of shots while walking inside.

However, the moment Isabeau landed behind Kragr, the red-haired Mandalorian started to run directly at all the thugs who had hidden behind the various set of cover in the warehouse. In mid-run, he pulled his sonic war mace, activated his jetpack, giving him a boost. The first thug never had a chance of reacting, before his head had been blown off in a bloody mess of a scene. Half of his upper torso was blown to pieces and the head blew up upon impact from Kragr's hammer, that it disappeared. Even part of the crate had splintered into pieces at it was made of metal.

Another set of blaster shots, ricocheted off of Kragr's armour, though he did take half a step back from the impact. Kragr didn't even go for cover as he stood out in the open, in a pool of blood and matter and splintered metal crate. To say, some of the thugs shit their pants, would be an understatement, "oh kriff, oh kriff, oh kriff!" kept one of the thugs closest to the first guy, to repeat and wasn't getting up from his cover.

"I didn't sign up for fighting freaking Mandalorians!" screamed a third thug, as he kept on shooting at Kragr and Isabeau. "Shut up and keep firing!" Yelled another thug. "Get the cargo going!" Yelled a fourth Thug, which a couple of mean-looking men with a hovertrolly, drove away with a large red container. and was heading for an exit, where some kind of transport vehicle was parked, waiting to move the cargo to a spaceport. It container matched the description of how the gang moved slaves and other people they saw as goods to sell.

Launching from the ground, Kragr flew through the air, firing a vambrace wrist rocket, blowing a large crater in the warehouse, taking out a couple more thugs. Swinging his war hammer, Kragr actively started to gain most of the attention from the gang, "Go! Stop the cargo from getting away, I got this vod!" roared kragr with such a burst of loud cheerful laughter. Another thug could be heard wailing and screaming in unimaginable pain as he was being cooked alive by Kragr.

Isabeau Isabeau

She did stick close to him when he moved out, not at all eager to have her cover removed just yet. Running, the younger Mandalorian did her best to keep up with him as he smashed through any resistance on his way to the very centre of the fight. It was fortunate that she was behind him as the blood and parts of the people he killed would surely be splattered all over her if she wasn't. Fighting behind his broad back felt oddly safe as most foes naturally targeted him. Isabeau could hear bolts smash in against his armour or soar past the both of them and the few who targeted her were either quickly taken down by her or became unfortunate victims of Kragr's mace.

Still, the amount of fire she could take was very different from the amount of fire Kragr could, seeing as he sported massive amounts of armour whilst she had the bare minimum. Eventually, Isabeau had to retreat, holstering her rifle and igniting her flamethrower as she started up her jetpack. Spinning in almost a full circle with the activated flamethrower, she drenched those who stood the nearest to them in fire whilst barely managing to avoid Kragr and also creating a short-lived barrier to block their foe's line of sight. With that, she let her jetpack bring her up to the top shelf from where she started to rain down fire on those trying to flank her ally.

Surprisingly, Kragr soon joined her up there as he sent down a missile onto the ones below. Curious eyes shot up, wondering what he wanted, causing the girl to pause her shooting to see if she could help him with anything. There didn't seem to be time for any long elaborations of what he needed but as soon as he said the word 'go', her legs started moving and before he had much of a chance to say anything more than the cargo getting away, she was out of earshot, making them continue via the coms where she let out a short "On it" as she focused on her objective.

Despite flying at a high speed, Isabeau collided with a stray bolt and let out a terrified shriek as she plummeted down onto the floor, glinding forth several meters before coming to a halt. Her breath was heavy but her chest armour had saved her this time. Not planning to try her luck by sticking around, she quickly ignited her jetpack, hoping that nobody would shoot her from behind as her armour was worse there.

Soon, she had caught up to the cargo transport trolly and landed on its rear. Crawling on top of the containers, she eventually arrived at the drivers seat and through some nimble manoeuvring, the girl manage to hoist herself in at the passenger side of the vehicle and quickly proceeded to kick the driver out. It wouldn't be so easy, however, as he managed to grab her ankle and pulled her along with him. Hanging on to the trolly, Isabeau started kicking him whilst steering the side of the trolly to a wall, forcing the guy to let go when he was hit by said wall. While she was all for freeing people, this was hardly the place nor time to have a bunch of civilians run around and risk being injured. With that, she turned and fired her own missile at the nearby ship, carefully aimed at the entrance and nearby landing gear. The result was that it would be hard to take off without risking damaging the ship further, and hard to leave or enter the ship since a fire had started around the entrance which was also littered by hot and sharp debris.

Wether Isabeau heard the screams or fighting with her own battling and destruction around her, some of the gang members started to get legit scared of Kragr. While they were armed to fighting normal security or people in normal battlefield armour, but the kind of beskar'gram that Kragr had on, just took everything they threw at it.

Charging the earnings thug, Kragr grabbed the woman's face and popped her head like a watermelon, while filling another one with energy-propelled slugs, ripping the poor sod into pieces. "K-Kriff this sh-" was everything a third managed to say, before getting his head blown off by a slug shot. About half of the remaining men at the warehouse was now actively fleeing the area to live. Launching into the air, Kragr was about to fire one of his rockets from the jetpack, but something hit him, something hit in hard.

A rocket fired from a rocket launcher, hitting in the front, sending him flying back, crashing into a bunch of containers and other smaller crates. "I got him! I freaking got him! Don't just stand there, blow that shit up!" Roared out the gang leader with the rocket launcher. If Isabeau had heard the fighting before, the sheer amount of pure explosions that was sent Kragr's way, crated such a massive fireball. While Kragr disappeared in between containers and smaller crates, the number of rockets and grenades thrown or fired at Kragr's last known location would have made anyone flee from their life.

After a minute of just relenting blowing everything up where Kragr was last seen crash, nothing stood standing in that area. Everything was made into rubble or got destroyed into so small pieces that it wouldn't be possible to recognize it. The floor itself was a crater and looked more as if artillery had blasted that area.

With the smoke disappearing, the same man that had hit Kragr in the air with a rocket launcher, turned to some of the men, "go stop that other one, you idiots!" yelled the gang leader. Isabeau would soon see or hear seven men either shooting or moving in on her position, to take her out. Meanwhile, others have slowly moved over to the crater, to see if they could find a body or something in the likes of a body.

One of the men pressed a finger to his ear comm, "no sign of~ wait! Something is moving in the crater!" reported one of the two men back to the gang leader on the walkway.

What happened next would without a doubt make the men shit themselves in their pants. The first and only thing the two gang members saw, was two armoured hands, grabbing the heads and then pitch black. What the rest of the men behind the two saw, was the head's getting crushed into pieces by Kragr's gauntlets.

"K-k-kriff! BLAST HIM!" stammered the gang leader as he frantically tried to reload his rocket launcher. Every single rifle shots just ricocheted off Kragr's full suit heavy beskar'gram. One of the screamed in horror before he went flying through the air dead from Kragr's war mace's impact. The remaining 4 men just dropped their guns and ran as fast as they could, though only 3 of them managed to get out, as one got caught in Kragr's whipcord and pulled back towards the Mandalorian. However, as soon as the poor scared man got pulled to Kragr, he got both his knees blown to pieces, rendering him alive, but incapacitated.

The gang leader just managed to finally load the rocket launcher, only to have it pulled from his hands and thrown away before he himself was grabbed by the throat by a pissed off Kragr.

Turning around from the ship, Isabeau saw the smoke and fire by the crater the thugs had created. It was obvious that it wasn't the common 2-cent gang they were facing when they showed a capacity to create a crater through handheld explosives alone. The girl bit her lower lip with a concerned expression on her face as she realised that it was probably Kragr who was in that crater. They had just gotten to know each other but she was quite fond of him already. Feeling an increased sense of anger brewing within her, she jogged closer to them until she reached a few bags of edibles. Kneeling down behind them for cover, she leaned forth, resting her rifle on them whilst firing off three deadly shots, each taking down a gang member, reducing the amount of people coming at her to four.

Before she could fire off a fourth well-aimed shot, two of the thugs raised their blaster pistols and fired towards her whilst running, forcing her to sink in behind cover or risk getting hit. Unlike Kragr who almost seemed oblivious to getting shot at, Isabeau's light armour would only grant her so much protection and while she had been lucky to only get hit in one of the thickest parts of the armour so far, she had many areas with lighter pieces and many more areas which lacked armour completely making her a bit more cautious than her ally. Once the four thugs had gotten close enough to her cover, the young Mandalorian rose her arm from behind it and fired off a short burst of fire in a cone, setting one thug's clothes aflame as he was at the very edge of its range whilst the other three got away unscathed.

Three thugs started firing at her position whilst the fourth whimpered as he desperately tried to doze the flame. Quick as she was, Isabeau had already rolled to the side, unnoticed with the cover of slowly dissipating fire. Launching her jetpack, also triggering the jets in her boots, she headed right to the thug furthest back and turned mid-air and turned off the jets in the last second, resulting in a tremendously powerful kick with both feet. The man who had probably a few broken ribs dropped his weapons as he was sent back a few meters. Isabeau never stopped and used the counter-force to bounce back towards the other two whilst firing off her whipcord at the guy she kicked.

Landing graciously between them, she quickly stepped to the side, leaving one alone whilst using all her momentum, strength and body weight to yank the blaster from the other - all whilst extending the whipcord as she moved. Once the guy she was with was disarmed, she kicked him towards the last remaining threat, causing them to stumble upon each other. Not relenting, she activated her jetpack again and grabbed the last guy's blaster whilst flying by.

The one who had initially been set aflame had stripped most of his upper-body clothes by now and even thrown away his weapons. Using the ever extending whipcord wire, Isabeau flew over to him and grabbed him, allowing her jetpack to do the heavy lifting. Flying a few laps around them, the four were soon tightly snared together in her whipcord, incapable of doing much as they were disarmed and had to think of their heavily wounded friends.

Cutting her own whipcord, Isabeau detached herself from them and bowed teasingly before turning around. She had, of course, not failed to notice Kragr's rather grand entrance and how much fear he had created. Feeling rather playful, she raced towards the exit and managed to close the door before the final three that had tried to run from Kragr managed to leave "You're leaving us? Just like that?" she said with a cute voice. Taking off her helmet, she sent them a smile "That would be rude" she said, clipping her helmet to the belt whilst the other hand held her blaster firmly, reminding them not to try anything. "Guys, you're not leaving unless the big guy allows you to, okay?" she said, sending a nod to Kragr. "So, let's go" she finished cheerfully as the thugs slowly turned around to walk back to the large Mandalorian who held their friend by the throat.

Standing on the walkway above the floor, Kragr just simply dropped the gang leader, letting him drop. A loud "crack" followed by a scream of pain got released from the gang leader as if he had held it back when he broke both feet upon impact.

Kragr jumped off, activating his jetpack, slowly descending back down to the floor, landing beside the gang leader who was now whimpering in pain that was only out screamed by the other guy that Kragr blew the knees up. Looking at Isabeau as she came with the remaining fleeing men at gunpoint. Removing his helmet, clipping it to his belt as Isabeau did, his bushy beard and wild hair showed itself.

Kneeling down by the gang leader with one of his single blasters in hand, "so, here's how we're going to do this," started Kragr, ignoring the man's whimpering, "For every wrong answer, we'll kill one of your men. Now, we know that you're having at least one container filled with people. Do you have more containers hidden with people inside?" Asked Kragr while resting his hand with the blaster on his knee.

"KRIFF YOU!" cursed the gang leader through his teeth, showing stubbornness.
"Wrong answer," comments Kragr and shot the man that the Mandalorian shot the knees out. "Let's try again sithspit" said Kragr, shoving the barrel of his blaster pistol into the broken ankles. "Kark! Stop stop, Karking hell man!" screamed the gang leader out loud as a few tears started to show, due to how excruciatingly the pain was.

With a shaky hand, the gang leader pointed with a finger at one more container, besides the one Isabeau stopped from getting away. Looking at the container that got pointed out, he looked over at Isabeau, "go check it out" commented Kragr, so they could make sure the gang leader was telling the truth.

An impressed smile spread across her face as Kragr begun 'working' on the captives. She enjoyed seeing him dominate the situation, knowing exactly what to do when the gang leader didn't comply. There was much that could be learned from him but she was unsure if she would ever be able to replicate the kind of gruff and imposing image that he was projecting right now. Having been caught once already, the other prisoners didn't seem like they were likely to make any escape attempts anytime soon. With quiet steps, Isabeau walked over to join Kragr at his side and kept an eye on the now docile thugs. Seeing their facial expressions, it was clear that they feared Kragr much more than they feared her. It was not surprising, considering how blood had splashed all over as he smashed people apart and explosives didn't provide for much of a clean armour either - except for the blaster mark on her heavy armour, Isabeau still looked relatively clean. Appearing like the picture of innocence next to her red-haired friend, the girl holstered her weapons. Even then, nobody tried to escape. Glancing at Kragr, she smirked - if she was in the prisoners' position, she was unsure if she would dare to make an escape attempt herself.

Now, no longer caught in the heat of battle, Isabeau cringed upon seeing Kragr further destroying the leader's ability to walk - far from the brightest move since a few of the thugs who saw her started fearing her even less so than before. They young Mandalorian understood that it was necessary and did not hold it against her friend - although she did make a mental note not to get on his bad side.

Soon, they were told of a second container with captured civilians. Happy to verify what they guy said, she let out a cheerful "Will do" before walking to the designated container. Having shown her softer side, two of the captives didn't seem to want to move out of her way when she was going to pass them by. Not too bothered by it and quite used to not being seen as much of a threat when not wearing her helmet, Isabeau turned to squeeze past them sideways, throwing a glance at Kragr and then looking back at them to remind them who the real threat was.

Upon reaching the container, she leaned in against the metallic door and heard muffled sounds of movement, but no voices. Taking a step back, she drew her vibrosword and slashed the lock open and then carefully opened the doors. Almost as soon as she saw them, two Kath Hounds lunged at her. Being quick to stick the blade into the throat of the first one that came, Isabeau was unable to pull it out in time to deal with the second one and was quickly toppled, falling down onto the floor with the beast on top of her. The situation reminded her a bit of her fight with Kragr as she desperately held the hound off, preventing it from biting at her face or throat. Suddenly, her hidden blade was unleashed, extending out from the vambrace and immediately pricing through the beast's head.

While one of the thugs who was bound up in whipcord together with three others started to get teary-eyed, Isabeau shoved the Kath Hound aside, retracted her hidden blade and picked up the Vibrosword. She then let out a calm and composed "I'm good. Just a few bones in here though, no cap-...." The girl was interupted by the now crying thug who let out a horrid scream "You heartless harpy!" After pausing to swallow, his eyes turned hateful together with his voice "Blast you!" His feet moved to get closer, but he was still stuck with his friends in the whipcord, preventing him from moving against her. Isabeau stared at him for a bit before turning to Kragr, looking at him from afar. Ready to play along with whatever ideas he had, or just watch and learn.

Kragr's head snapped in the direction of the sudden sound of Kath Hounds jumping Isabeau. The red-haired Mandalorian was almost ready to come to her aid, but then he didn't. Isabeau could handle herself and two Kath Hounds shouldn't too tough opponents. Thankfully that was the case and secretly he released a breath, he didn't know he had. Hearing her call "I'm good. Just a few bones in here though, no cap-...." Kragr turned his attention back to the gang leader, ignoring the whimpering shab behind him.

Kragr could easily see the leader internally causing himself for the fail attempt to at least take the weaker Mandalorian out. Getting up again, Kragr turned around and pulled his blaster, killing both men that weren't tied up on the spot. "No please stop! I beg you man!" pleaded one of the other men that was tied with the one crying over the death of the Kath Hounds. Turning back to the leader, "last chance smartass" Kragr said with a cold tone, placing his boot on the man's throat, slowly choking him.

Fighting for his life, the gang leader desperately tried to keep the boot from crushing his throat. "Last chance sithspit, are there more containers holding people?!" Demanded the red-haired man, raising his voice. With much difficulty, the gang leader shook his head. Not feeling like getting lied to again, made Kragr look to the rest that was tied. "Is he tell~" finally seeing the screaming man, really trying to get to Isabeau and murder her for killing his dogs. "I KILL YOU! BLAST YOU ALL TO HELL!" Screamed the man as tears ran down his cheeks. Completely cold towards the man's feelings, his dogs attacked Kragr's partner for this mission. Releasing his pressure on the gang leader's throat, letting the man take a deep breath, Kragr walked over and planted a haymaker, knocking the screaming man out.

Looking to the others, scared shabless of him, "Same question. A wrong answer and I'll burn you all alive" explained Kragr, getting more and more annoyed with the gang. "O-one more container. We swear!" Stuttered the remaining gang members, tied up by Isabeau's whipcord. "Shut up!" Caused the gang leader, as his men had just told the Mandalorians where the rest of the people were.

Getting the correct container, wasn't difficult as the gang members were but scared and on the verge of shabing themselves. "Check the container with number 445621, the remaining people should be in that one" called Kragr to Isabeau. Meanwhile, Kragr pulled the tied up men, over to the gang leader, who could only really crawl, now that his ankles were broken.

Leaving the remaining gang to themselves, as he didn't expect them to be able to escape any time soon, he went over to the first container with people in them. Opening the metal doors, he was met with all kinds of species, most of them were very young. Some even ranging from 8 years and older. Seemingly to say, the people were afraid of Kragr, not understanding what was happening. "Time for you to leave," said Kragr, standing aside, letting 20 or so people out of their holding container.

What the people did after they left this warehouse, was not Kragr's problem nor what he got paid for. So he just started to return to the gang, still staying the same place as he left them. Looking in Isabeau's direction, he would wait for her to return after releasing the prisoners from the other container.

Kragr worked the remaining thugs like an expert, using different people, all scared to death of him, against each other whilst slowly squeezing them for information. It was impressive and she was taking care to remember what exactly it was that he did - hopefully, she would remember much of it when she got to a calmer spot so that she could properly reflect and analyse it. For the moment, however, she was feeling vulnerable after just having being attacked by the two vicious beasts instead of greeted by grateful captives. Crossing her arms as if to keep warm, the girl inched closer to her friend and the others.

Beating herself up for appearing too weak in front the defeated thugs, Isabeau's face turned sour. When she was about to pass by the thugs she had prevented from running earlier and had been uncooperative as she tried to pass them by, she locked eyes with them. Unfortunately, they would not move away for her this time either. Instead of making herself small to squeeze past them, she instead sent out a powerful kick at one of them, causing the thug to fall back and collapse on the ground. While the other one seemed to realise the gravity of the situation, it was too late as she was already on her path for vengeance over being slighted. Caringly and softly, she approached him, putting her hand on the side of his face as she looked deep into his terrified and confused eyes. "You should really learn when the fight is over" she said - the man was nodding eagerly whilst seeing Kragr terrorise his friends in the background. "You remember what came out of this one, right?" she asked whilst her eyes went from the hand on his cheek down to the vambrace that the hidden blade had sprung out from earlier. A faint "Oh no, p-please" came out of the horrified man. The young Mandalorian smirked whilst shaking her head, causing even more fear. Suddenly, her free hand plunged into his lower abdomen, causing the guy to scream out in fear whilst his pants were wettened. Satisfied, Isabeau knelt down "You see, still alive" she said whilst petting him on the head before finishing her walk over to Kragr.

She got to him just in time to see him knock out the guy who was so upset over the Kath Hounds dying, much to her satisfaction. Showing a braver face now, she shadowed the larger Mandalorian as he worked until they finally got the last container with prisoners. "Will do" she replied before turning to the prisoners "If you pull the same trick he did there will be hell to pay" she said, trying to seem as threatening as she could.

When she finally arrived, Isabeau did not hesitate and did the same thing as last time - using her vibrosword to cut the lock open and then proceeding to carefully opening the door. Roughly the same amount of prisoners were in this container as the one Kragr opened. Glancing over to him, she saw that he had let his people go and then looked back to hers "The bad guys are out. You're free to go" she said, once again falling back on a softer tone. With that, she walked away from the container and made a discrete call to the local authorities to make the arrests.

Isabeau then returned to Kragr and clapped her hands against each other "A job well done" she said, looking up at him happily. "I hope the police arrives soon, I want to go find us some Tihaar. After today, the first round will have to be on me." she smiled and jokingly added a final comment, with a slightly lower but also playful voice "And when you're drunk enough, I'll have you tell me how to get out of that overhead position you had me at before"
