Darth Anathemous was a name granted to the Sith "Kaila Irons", aka Kaila Starfall, following the Galactic Alliance invasion of Sith Order held Echnos in 902 ABY. It is said the name came to her while possessed by force rage induced by a phobis device during the battle, and formally recognized by the Sith Empress, Srina Talon.
