A Sith Imperial splinter faction formed in the wake of the Sith Empire's collapse, presently led by a duumvirate of viceroys, the former Sith Imperial Grand Moff and Fleet Admiral, Thaelius, and the former Separatist Super Tactical Droid turned Dark Trooper and Grand Moff, Decimus. The Duumvirate's military might is largely formed from the former Sith Imperial Droid Army and Navy created by Decimus during his tenure as Grand Moff and governor of Agamar, as well as various Sith Imperial military remnants under Grand Moff Thaelius's command, who form a hardened, veteran core of organic troops and naval personnel amongst the vast multitude of battle droids.
The Duumvirate's military organization is based heavily on that of the original Confederacy of Independent Systems, while the day to day running of the Duumvirate is left in the capable hands of a council of top ranking military officers and super tactical droids, leaving both Viceroys free to focus directly on their campaigns and more critical issues. The Duumvirate is also none-humanocentrist, and quite welcoming of any and all species when it comes to it's citizenry or organic military forces.
