In the wake of the Planeshift Calamity, when borders collapsed, supply lines burned, and old powers struggled to hold themselves together, Mandalore did what it has always done at its best. It adapted. It endured. It conquered. From the ruins of a shattered age, the clans and their allies built something greater than a scattered people clinging to memory: they built the Mandalorian Empire.

That same Empire has already reshaped the stars. The ancestral worlds of the Mandalorians have been reclaimed and secured. Mandalore itself, scarred by the devastation wrought by the Sith Empire fifty years ago, has been restored. What was once broken has been reforged into the beating heart of a rising power. Beyond its sacred worlds, the Empire has established itself as the mercenary superpower of the galaxy, selling war to every major power willing to meet its price. Through strength, discipline, and vision, Mandalore has secured its place among the stars.

Now, a new age begins, an era of Mando'ade Tekaradagr, where the galaxy is reminded that Mandalorians are more than warriors in armor. They are builders, rulers, merchants, inventors, conquerors, and survivors. Their culture asserts its dominance not only through war, but through commerce, technology, industry, and the fierce merit that has always defined the Mando way of life.

At the center of this age stand the great pillars of the Empire:

• The Great Heathen Army is the sword of Mandalore, defending the Empire, crushing its enemies, and projecting its power across the stars.
• The Wardenate is the governing hand of Mandalore, maintaining order, loyalty, and prosperity across the worlds and peoples beneath the Empire’s banner.
• The Iron Wolves are Mandalorians who wield the Force without being ruled by it, working through loyal service to heal generations of distrust toward such power within Mandalorian society.
• Death Watch is the Empire’s paramilitary engine, selling Mandalorian martial excellence to the galaxy as power, influence, and profit.
• Crimson Dawn is the hidden hand of Mandalore, bending the Outer Rim’s criminal underworld toward the Empire’s will.

But just as important as what we write in character is how we build this space out of character.

Our goal is to make writing Mandalorians as accessible as possible! Here, there is no single correct way to write a Mandalorian. There is no narrow gate to pass through, no hidden lore test, and no expectation that you already know everything. Whether you want to write a traditional clan warrior, a foundling searching for purpose, a Force sensitive Mando trying to reconcile identity and power, a mercenary captain, a noble scion, a gunslinger, a spy, or something in between, there is room for you here!

Through written guides, hands-on help, collaborative plotting, and active story support, we want to show that Mandalorians are one of the richest and most exciting cultures in the galaxy, a culture worthy of falling in love with.
