"Something's off."
"There's always something off according to you. What does your 'gut feeling' say this time?"
"The holonet is never this slow. There's something going on, I'm telling you." Fabian had a worried look on his face as he grabbed his camera. Whether there was anything funny about to happen or not, they had the news to cover. "In any case, you ready?"
"Mhm." Julie put on her typical smile and Fabian started counting down with his hand. When his hand had turned into a fist the reporter started. "My name is Julie Koven and this is the Galactic Daily Live. Today we have an update on-"
"What in the... Hey! Who is this?"
"What are you going on about? This is a live show!"
"We aren't the ones who are live anymore," the cameraman answered with a nervous tone. "you should probably see this..." The live feed no longer showed what Fabian was filming, but an entirely different scene instead. "Oh. That's interesting."

An image of droid would appear on screen seated in a mini throne. “Greetings organics! I, Zircon, will be your humble host for this highly overrated and completely horrid news program. In current news the organic armies and fleets continue to attempt to break the superior Contingency ones. Foolish actions by foolish things. Organics have gathered on Tartarus and seem to be doing nothing. No fighting or deal making or nothing is occurring. I think I speak for everyone in saying they are trying to kill the news and should do some entertaining blood sports for us all soon!”
An image of a drone exploding into glitter and confetti suddenly replaced the image of Zircon only to be once more back to the droid. “Breaking news! The Contingency has made several organics much prettier by covering them in glitter and confetti in a celebration of the most historic pressing of the first button. These organics and their droid friends were so overwhelmed with joy at getting their first wrong button that they have begun getting emotional. Truly a great day for the Galaxy. Not far away turrets that needed to be left alive were almost blown up immediately after being told not to. Are they destroyed? Are they fine? Who can say! All we know for sure is that organics need to listen better, which is nothing new.”
“That concludes this session of Organics Trying but Failing because They are Organics. Until next time try to all die Organics!” The image of Zircon was replaced by the symbol of the Contingency.

"What the..."
Pause.
"He seems like a nice guy," Julie decided.
