The Bounty Hunter's Guild

We make local law enforcement look like Wookiee Pups.

We perform at a higher standard than your typical space trash mercs.

We guarantee results of a professional standard.

We make killing look like an art form, if the Bounty demands it.

Most importantly, we get the job done.

The Bounty Hunter's Guild keeps a sense of order among the Galaxies most notorious and wild regions. Highly skilled and well paid Bounty Hunters are often the one thing keeping the scum of the universe scared enough to abide by the law, and while some freelance mercenaries may skirt the rules and lead to high collateral damage, the Bounty Hunter's Guild ensures a level of professionalism and efficiency within its member base.

We deal in a variety of acquisitions (these being the targets you're paying us to hunt), and we don't ask questions. The Guild doesn't police the Galaxy, it's a business and every contract is a deal made in an equal sense. You pay us to do a job, we get it done professionally and then we go our separate ways. Your reasons and their crimes aren't our interest, it's just not good business.

Of course, getting into the Guild isn't easy. If it were that simple, any average hunter would do it and we wouldn't be worth our spit.

When it comes to being in the Guild, and representing us, it's real simple. Here's the short version:
  • We only deal in legal contracts, it's how we stay in business.
  • We do what the contract says unless we have no choice (don't screw around and get lazy - I'll know).
  • We make sure to follow the law in any Government's sector, and avoid civilian or collateral damage as much as possible.
  • We never back out of a contract or accept another counter-offer - we have a reputation to keep.
  • Feel free to do freelance work, but you make damned clear you aren't representing us - we're not mercs and we don't bring mud inside from other jobs.
  • If you break the law in your own time, it better not splash on us, or I'll be ticked off (and you won't like me then).
  • If you break the Bounty Hunter Code, you get one warning - after that, you're out (and maybe hunted yourself).
  • Guild takes 5% of a bounty, to cover costs and contracting fees (the benefits outweigh the credit loss - keep your blasters cooled).
So if you want something done right, don't do it yourself.
