Chapter 1 (2).png

Across the Outer Rim, the Holy Inquisition of the Sith Order has struck out against the scattered and unclaimed worlds which have been rife with criminal activity and despots alike for generations. Seeking to expand the domain of the Sith to all that their predecessors in the distant past once encompassed, they have began waging an all out war against organized crime and the more defended systems in the Rim. The Kessel Sector has been the main site of activity, however the Campaign on Tund, the Assault on Ryloth, and the Desecration of Ruusan have been notable exceptions to this commonality. These targets were far more focused and organized whereas the overall campaign in the Rim has been somewhat sporadic and consisting only of small-scale skirmishes. It appears as though this may change soon.

With the initial setbacks of their campaign the Inquisition has learned from its mistakes and has started slowly combining fronts into more recognizable battle lines and areas of operation. Evidently they've identified their main opponents in this struggle for the Outer Rim and have started reorganizing in order to properly attend to those enemies. The residents of the Rim watch the conflict with wary gazes, an odd mixture of sentiments blooming in the wake of the Sith campaign. Despite their violent and aggressive actions, by and large the goal of the Sith forces seems to mostly be liberation from criminal and tyrannical factors. Infamous slavers and their operations have been targeted, barbaric despots assassinated, and pirate dens wiped out, all by the hands of the Holy Inquisition's forces.

Some have even began to regard the Sith as some sort of savior, a view that they themselves espouse in every interview and message that they send out, however naturally many are not convinced of such claims. Given how intent they are on "reclaiming the lost glories of the Sith of old" in terms of their mission statement this sentiment is not controversial in the slightest nor is it uncommon. Regardless of the differing opinions and situations of the many residents and citizens, there is one truth that all in the Rim can agree upon in regards to the Holy Inquisition's movements and actions in the Outer Rim.

They are far from finished.
