An encrypted message plays throughout Imperial and free space... Only those who knew of the exact frequency would hear it. A radicalist radio some may call it. But truth is, these are the words of the people. A grizzled baritone voice begins to speak as you dial into the frequency...
I’ll have to keep this brief, lest they find my location. The hand of tyranny spans across the stars... Slowly it engorges, consuming the peaceful planets of the galaxy to feed it’s ever growing warmachine. Relentless hordes of stormtroopers march across the universe and it is up to we diligent few to stop them...
They force our family’s to work labor on terrible machines of destruction and should they say no more, they are forced back into line with the stock of a rifle.
No longer should our youth be subjugated to the horrors of war torn planet’s, or forced to make arms for the conqueror! It may take our very lives, but it is our duty to them to beholden a new galaxy of peace, prosperity, and harmony! Men and women are lost in the name of the cause… Brother’s and sister’s we’ve known as family.
But, their loss is not in vain, as hundreds more flock to the Martyr’s call, carrying on the flag. Carrying on the dream! Using underhanded tactics and guerrilla warfare we strike at the enemy, fading into the mist to strike again from a new location.
The enemy fears our noble crusade, for they know we are not one, but many! Together we stand against the whip of oppression. For to long it has leached the blood from our backs! The time to rise up is now! Action must be taken to lift the shackles of oppression from this once free galaxy, and we are the one to do it. Hope is not dead!
It burns bright within our very hearts, and so long as even one of us is left standing our flames will spread! They will light the path to a glorious new future and a new age will dawn… Never let them extinguish the light, our hope, the dream...
Phoenix of freedom, signing off…
The transmission ends, but as it does it appears a set of random numbers are looped. Coordinates for those who know the code. Random gibberish for those who don’t.
