We are writing to you today on the behalf of the KENARI RESOURCE COMPACT [K.R.C] regarding a matter of illegality persecuted by THE JEDI ORDER.

VŪM is a non-profit organisation (previously based in the LIANNA SYSTEM) who seeks to invest or fund clientele, individuals or other organisations concerning economics, politics and security in the MID RIM and OUTER RIM TERRITORIES.

Our partners have expressed concern following the disappearance of ELLA NOVA who has been reported as MISSING after a meeting between them and JEDI in an undisclosed location located somewhere on NABOO. It has been explained to our offices that the meeting in question concerned information (that was undisclosed to our partners in the K.R.C and VŪM) that NOVA intended to deliver in person to what we believe to be a hidden base where the JEDI ORDER currently resides.

An arrangement between NOVA and the K.R.C (regarding business matters relating to her position on TRIARCH) was scheduled to occur on STARDATE: 140526 which they did not make. Subsequently attempts were made to contact NOVA after this date but we were unsuccessful in establishing a connection with them to learn why they missed this appointment. It has now been alleged to our offices that NOVA must be held (incarcerated or detained) by the JEDI ORDER with the reasons yet to be disclosed by one of their representatives.

ELLA NOVA, who is an IMPERIAL-EXPAT from LIANNA CITY, LIANNA, immigrated to ENARC as a participant of the FIVE VEILS REVITALIZATION PROJECT where she founded a subsidiary to WEND MARICON'S " CORTESSAN FINANCE GROUP " titled " THE TARSAI VIGIL " . Following this work they applied and were passed as a NATURALIZATION CITIZEN via the " REPATRIATION AND NATURALIZATION ACT " submitted by SENATOR JOA SODI on STARDATE: 270525 (902 ABY). cc: [RNR/Royal Assembly] Repatriation and Naturalization Act / BILL ATTACHMENT

NOVA, who is also a member of TRIARCH (Board of Directors of the K.R.C), and a passed naturalized citizen, is thereby owed and subsequently given rights of citizenship guaranteed by HIGH REPUBLIC LAW.

The KENARI RESOURCE COMPACT, a mining consortium based in the KENARI SYSTEM, are the representatives of KENARI in THEED. It is by their request that we write to you today to request a meeting concerning the disappearance of ELLA NOVA and the perceive illegality surrounding their present circumstances. Your insights into REPUBLIC LAW, suggestions, and recommendations are coveted by our offices as we move to solve this issue.
