- A Protector must follow the resol'nare to the best of his or her ability.
- They must answer Mand'alor's call to rally.
- They must be willing to stand their ground against any foe, be it a fellow Mandalorian or elements of another faction.
- They must be willing to stand their ground should they feel an order by Mand'alor, a Field Marshal, or the leaders of the Protectors would put the lives of the Mandalorian people in the path of undue harm.
- Should Mand'alor or a Field Marshal be suspected of possession or otherwise being controlled by an outside force, evidence will be sought to validate the suspicion before actions are taken to rid the individual of the influence.
