  • Force empathy is a rather simple and passive ability that allows the user to sense the emotions of others. Masters of this ability have been known to also be able to project their own emotions onto others as well. Though Hastur has not yet achieved full mastery over this ability, his constant use and natural affinity for it has made him a respectable empath.

  • Force sense is a natural and passive ability for all who are sensitive to the Force, allowing the user to sense the alignment and intensity of Force connection in objects, locations, and in other people. Hastur’s natural ability to sense the life essence of sentient beings around him grants him a proclivity in sensing the force presence within others as well.
[â– â– â– â– â– â– ] Force Persuasion
  • Force perception is the ability of the user to influence the minds of others, most often through suggestion or change in perception. It is generally more effective on the weak minded, and several species possess either a high resistance or an immunity to this ability. Masters of force persuasion can alter the victim’s perception, instill fear or insanity, and even conjure powerful illusions. Though Hastur has not achieved this level of mastery, he has respectable power through frequent use.

  • A subsection of force persuasion, force fear is the ability of the user to instill fear or dread within a victim. Hastur’s tendency for cruelty and his affinity for mentalism has enabled him to instill anxiety or uneasiness in his victims. More training or practice is required for further advancement.

Due to his lack of institutionalized training in the ways of the Force, Hastur has never possessed a lightsaber nor has any experience in wielding one.

  • Although melee combat is not Hastur’s first resort, he can be quite a threat due to his Anzati reflexes and strength. He received basic training in close quarters combat on Anzat as a child. His choice of weapon is a vibroblade, though he knows some unarmed combat as well.
[â– â– â– â– â– ] Stealth
  • Years of experience as an assassin have honed Hastur’s ability to remain relatively unseen. Though he has yet to learn how to enhance his stealth through the force, Hastur often relies on his stealth in order to make quick escapes.
[â– â– â– â– â– ] Piloting
  • While no dogfighter, Hastur can fly his own craft well enough, alongside several of the more common types of starships. He could probably do a few maneuvers but should hand the controls over to someone else in a tough situation.
[â– â– â– â– ] Ranged Combat
  • Most often deployed to ward off other assassins or bounty hunters, Hastur is quick and deadly with a good pistol. Handy in a pinch, though Hastur prefers to rely on his force abilities.
