When I listened to this song for the first time I really liked the song up until the drop, which I absolutely hated. I'm not a fan of screechy drops and, well, the drop was very much that. I thought it to be a shame, as the into/bridge/outro were really fun to listen to and so I kind of just left it at the wayside. I had other Ghastly songs to enjoy.
But the song just nagged at my mind. I wanted to listen to that song again because of the good parts the song did have, and after listening to it multiple times I actually started to appreciate the drop as well. Repeat after repeat made the song more and more tolerable until I actually started forming the opinion that the drop fit the song really well. Sure, it's not the greatest drop of all time, it's not even close, but it's more of a 'I don't fething care what you think' kind of song and that's fine by me. Sometimes a song doesn't have to be a technical masterpiece. This is one of those songs. It's in your face and it screams at you, and that's what makes it so great for me.
