From the Journal of Jedi Master Kole Silco:
We went down today. The ship, that is. We had to make an emergency landing and it was rough but we managed it without much damage. Everyone on board is fine. Zisu and Korra slept through most of the excitement while I did what I could on the bridge. Despite a mostly safe landing, fear of our mission is already settling in. Some of the Vilaserrian delegates are claiming the emergency landing is the result of sabotage, but I and the ship’s technical crew have yet to see otherwise. I won’t rule it out with all the controversy surrounding this journey, but I do believe this was just an unfortunate occurrence.
While it was unfortunate that this had to happen now, we are still close to our destination. The Vilaserrians seek an audience with the Mandalorians and their leader Mand’alor the Iron. We’ve made it into their territory but I’m not sure if we’ve made it onto their radar. I suppose only time will tell.
The moon we’ve managed to land on is familiar to me. Yavin IV. For a time my Jedi training was centered here, but it's been a long time since then, and now I don’t believe anyone’s is.
I’m being sent out to search the moon for a communications relay. Apparently ours is on the fritz. I’m taking Korra and Zisu. I’m hoping for a nice jaunt through the Yavin jungles. I’m not sure I’ll get it.
