Clad in a nondescript hooded robe to conceal her features, Seku Bondara made her way through the wretched hive of scum and villainy known throughout the galaxy as Mos Eisley. It had been several years since she'd last set foot on Tatooine, but having exhausted all other resources in her search for Alex StormWolf, she reached out to one of the few persons who knew him as well as she did.

Entering a run down shop on the edge of Mos Eisley, Seku paused to allow her eyesight to adjust to the dimly lit interior. The proprietor, a grizzled old trader known to the locals as 'Madman Malcolm', waved his hand dismissively and grumbled, "We're shut, come back tomorrow."

"Heck of a way to greet an old friend," Seku huffed with mock indignation, as she pulled back the hood of her robe.

"Seku? Is that really you girl," Malcolm asked, coming around the counter to get a better look at her.

"Who else would come all this way, after you've closed for the day?"

"You're looking lovely as ever, girl," Malcolm said, scooping the Twi'lek up in a bear hug and squeezing her tightly, such was his happiness at seeing an old friend.

Setting her back on her feet, Malcolm asked the burning question..... "So, what brings you back to this fine city?"

"You already know why I'm here Malcolm. Don't play dumb with me."

"If you're looking for Alex StormWolf, you're chasing after ghosts. I haven't seen or heard from him in close to a year."

"Did he say anything about where he was headed before he left?"

"He was here briefly when I asked a huge favor of him. There was someone or something out in the Dune Sea, attacking transports and terrorising the locals. He said he'd help me track it down, whatever it was. Next thing I know, he tells me he'd gotten some 'Priority One' message from the blasted Jedi Council. Said he was off to some planet called Osseriton."

In the span of just a few minutes, Seku had more of a solid lead than the last 8 months of investigating had given her.

"Kark it...I should have come to you first. Would have saved me eight months of headache."

"Girl, like I said...if you're looking for Alex, you're chasing after ghosts."

"You really think he's gone?"

"I don't know how to explain it, other than to say I feel it in my old bones. The man we both knew and loved as a dear friend is no more..."

"I don't believe that for a minute," Seku said with grim determination on her face.

"Still as stubborn as ever, eh," Malcolm chuckled with a shake of his head.

"You damned well better believe it, old man," Seku replied, flipping the hood of her robe back up and turning towards the door.

"Where are you off to in such a hurry," Malcolm asked. "You just got here!"

"To find Alex," Seku answered, not looking back as she exited the old trader's shop.
