Good evening citizens of Denon.

Crime rates in Denon continue to soar as CorpSec struggles to maintain peacekeeping duties under aggressive scrutiny of the Galactic Alliance. Corporate think tanks have brought forth a bill to introduce the testing of social services in the Midnight Zone. A handful of abandoned restaurants will be converted into soup kitchens, managed by protocol droids to safely dispense food to the needy. Waste produce from District 19 will supply the soup kitchens to limit excessive expenditure.
A formerly condemned cloudcutter will be sanitized and checked by corporate engineers to facilitate free housing for the homeless and disadvantaged. The first of its kind will be Megablock 1, with sixteen residents per apartment, this megablock will be capable of housing 160,000 homeless Denonites. CorpSec will receive further funding under the new Social Services Act, capable of providing one officer per 10,000 residents, allowing around-the-clock protection to the community. Megablock 1 is expected to open within the month.
