Dear Mr. Perris,
I wanted to take a moment and express my sincerest gratitude for your journey to Naboo. I understand that galas, such as they are, are not your preferred events. I truly appreciate the time you took to join me on New Year's.
Now, onto the part that nobody truly enjoys. I believe that whatever chemistry we experienced during Naboo's celebration of Life Day may have dissipated between our making the arrangements and the New Year Gala. I want you to know that I will always welcome your company at my side; however, I feel that it should be done as friends.
Mr. Perris, you are a charming, handsome, and clever gentleman. I am certain that the lady who captures your heart will be quite fortunate. Unfortunately, that woman shall not be me. I hope this letter finds you well, and I wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors.
May the Force Be With You,
Ms. Ivalyn Yvarro
