The Draelvasier eradicated the homeworlds of the following species and many others. Today, survivors often seek to reclaim and rebuild their lost homes, or carve out a place in and around the gigantic region known as the Scar Worlds.


Glottalphib
  • Strength: Fire-breathing.
  • Strength: Long sharp teeth.
  • Strength: Scales impervious to blasters.
  • Weakness: The mouth is a weak point (e.g. blasterfire to the open mouth can be lethal).
  • Weakness: Cold-blooded. You get sluggish in the cold.
  • Weakness: If you stay out of water for too long, you'll begin shedding your scales and your gills will become dry.
  • A useful non-SW picture base: Dragons (without wings), or dragonborn.

Keshiri
  • Strength: Quite likely to have some degree of Force sensitivity.
  • Strength: Long history of familiarity with the Sith; many Keshiri were Sith Lords a few centuries back, and there's a wealth of culture and archaeology to draw upon.
  • Strength/weakness: Physically comparable to humans.
  • Weakness: Highly visible purple skin.

Sakiyan
  • Strength: Extraordinary hearing and scent; excellent natural trackers and hunters.
  • Strength: Extraordinary sight: excellent peripheral vision, and can see in the infrared, even seeing through thin walls.
  • Strength: 1.5x human strength.
  • Strength: More likely than humans to be ambidextrous.
  • Strength/weakness: Personal and family honour are extremely important in Sakiyan culture.
  • Strength/weakness: Internal biology very different from humanoids, meaning you have different weak points but struggle to find appropriate medical care.
  • Weakness: Sensory overload.
  • Weakness: Quite unlikely to be Force-sensitive.
  • Weakness: Often doesn't 'get' mainstream human humour.

Hurikanean
  • Strength: Silicon-based lifeform (invulnerable to the normal array of diseases, poisons, knockout gas, etc.).
  • Strength: Hurrikaine crystals, suitable for lightsabers, grow in/on Hurikaneans' bodies.
  • Weakness: Heavy.
  • Weakness: Struggles to find appropriate medical care in a galaxy ruled by carbon-based mammals.
  • Weakness: As a silicon-based lifeform, normal rations are useless to you.
  • A useful non-SW picture base: Pretty much any kind of rock monster.

Kubaz
  • Strength: Extremely comfortable and competent underground (tunnels, caves).
  • Strength: Hand signals/sign language for communication with other Kubaz.
  • Strength: Quite likely to be familiar with spycraft and/or slicing and/or fine arts.
  • Strength: Ingrained resilience and cultural memory. This is not the first time the Kubaz have built back from genocide.
  • Weakness: Since your homeworld has a blue sun, you need to wear sunglasses/goggles in lighting conditions that humanoids consider normal.
  • Weakness: Your snout is a vulnerability.
  • Weakness: Insectoid sentient species tend to be suspicious about you, probably because you would happily eat them.
  • Weakness: As an insectivore, normal rations are useless to you.

Targonnian
  • Strength: Large, sharp, grasping claws on feet.
  • Strength: Bristly feathers over much of the body form an insulating layer under clothes.
  • Weakness: Cannot wear shoes.
  • Weakness: As an avian species, proper rations and medical care are harder to find in a mammal-dominated galaxy.

Tintinna
  • Strength: Sharp little claws, high dexterity.
  • Strength: Excellent at chewing through things.
  • Strength: Keen senses.
  • Strength: Easily mistaken for pets or semi-sapients.
  • Weakness: Short (average height 0.9 metres).
  • Weakness: You need to spend regular time gnawing to keep your teeth from growing too cumbersome.

Barabel
  • Strength: Strong scales, high resistance to stun bolts.
  • Strength: You can shed your tail if necessary.
  • Strength: Long, sharp claws and teeth.
  • Strength: Physically strong.
  • Weakness: Cold-blooded. You get sluggish in the cold, if you stay there long enough. This weakness is mitigated by a thick layer of insulating fat.
  • Weakness: You require a huge amount of meat to survive.
  • Weakness: Less likely to be Force-sensitive.

Defel
  • Strength: Powerful build (around 1 metre wide).
  • Strength: Can absorb light, blending into the shadows. This stealth ability fades for the elderly.
  • Strength: Large, sharp claws and teeth.
  • Strength: Can see clearly in the dark, well into the ultraviolet spectrum.
  • Strength: Extremely competent and comfortable underground.
  • Strength: Quite likely to be skilled at hunting or metallurgy.
  • Strength: Culture based on communal resource-sharing, cooperation, and keeping your word. Defel may be sneaky, but they're widely known to be trustworthy when it counts.
  • Weakness: Must wear comprehensive vision protection.
  • Weakness: Short (average 1.3 metres).
  • Weakness: Visually frightening.
