It's been a while since I updated this! Clearly I need to be less tardy.
Anyway, the final battle against the Xioquo has come to an epic close. It was a long ride, but Alliance forces composed of Firemane, Qadiri and Eldorai troops stormed the Underealm, defeated the Xioquo's armies and liberated the slaves.
Mystra, the Xioquo's goddess, was awakened...but was defeated by the Alliance. Alas, before she died she devoured a lot of her own people because she felt like pulling a Vitiate. The war is over, but now the Alliance faces the task of winning the peace. You know, rebuilding a completely shattered civilisation, setting up a new administration to govern the Xioquo and giving all those slaves jobs and education. That's less exciting, but very important!
There'll be a social thread dealing with some of these matters, setting up a new story arc! Oh, and for a change Siobhan did not get maimed. She's really letting us down. And now we have Space Orcs to fight. They must bend to the Eldorai.
