Description: Based off a zweihander (two handed) flamberge (undulating blade), this will be a longer, stronger lightsaber. While being heavier, movement is impeded, but power is amplified. Having an extended reach also comes with a drawback, if your opponent closes that range with a shorter weapon, you don't have as much time to react.

So, this is kind of unclear as your picture is an actual sword but your submission is a lightsaber. Based off of things you said however i'm going to go ahead and determine that this is a large Claymore sized Lightsaber with a Flamberge blade.

Unfortunately, thats impossible. Manipulating a lightsaber blade to make it take on a certain form is impossible. This is why we deny such things as "Lightsaber katanas" and other things of that nature. Furthermore, a Flamberge's original design purpose was to inflict the same amount of damage as a wider blade while saving on weight(Due to the weapons unique undulating feature it had a wider blade at all points thus doing more damage). This feature is completely unnecessary on a lightsaber since the blade does not weight anything.

If you just want a heavier more powerful lightsaber, i suggests this.

As this stands however. Denied.
