Below are the compromised files of the secret bio weapons Division of ZTC. (A subsidiary of ZTI specializing in bio engineering, medical technology and cybernetics.) Through a mixture of Bio engineering and even some Sith alchemy these are the proposed models for use if any project is forwarded to later stage testing and manufacturing.
Made men
These genetically enhanced humans, standing at 2.5 meters tall are enhanced with dermal armor plating under their skin to help protect them from both blaster weaponry as well as slug based weaponry. Their Muscle masses are much higher and denser than a humans and it allows them a much higher degree of speed and strength than a normal human could ever hope to achieve.
However due to the massive genetic tampering they are imprinted at "Activation" to a master, who's they will follow until death as these beings have only the most rudimentary of mental facilities which makes them able to follow very basic types of complex orders. Such orders as retrieval of a before seen object from a location designated by the master, though they are most suited to search and destroy missions as well as bodyguards of high value targets.
Tyrants
The made men Tyrants are the next evolution of the made man series of b.w (Bio weapons). Standing at around 5 meters in height these B.W's are titanic creatures of immense strength and endurance. With the same enhanced muscle mass and density from the previous iterations of the made men but this time with twice the layer of dermal armor as the last ones. In addition to being exponentially stronger and more durable than before they are also given a coat made of durasteel and duraplast mixtures threads and lined with duraplast plates underneath in a similar fashion to a chainmail of old.
These Tyrants are walking tanks in every sense of the word, faster than a tank but almost as heavy as one.
