Rationale: Starting off as an idea spouted out as two friends stumbled half drunk and hung over from a bar on coruscant that grew as one of those friends supplied the capital and bought the land needed to get the company on it's feet. Buying a large plot of land on Arbra and a small (By galactic standards) factory on Naboo which didn't pollute or harm it's surrounding environment in anyway. The other began hiring people to plant and farm the tobacco plants on Arbra in different sections of the land so that once harvesting would commence there would always be a steady supply of tobacco plants.

Y however is an agri station were the tobacco is farmed and only preliminary processing as it is all taken up and then shipped to X for later and more advanced processing. The farming is all done by biological's while the processing and packing is done by droids and machines. However every single product is handwoven and of top quality and is made with the mindset quality over quantity.
