  • Age: 32
  • Force Sensitivity: NFU
  • Species: Human
  • Appearance: Zoraya is the type of woman who walks with the confidence of someone who believes gravity was meant to bend to her will, her presence magnetic and undeniable. Her skin is dark and deep, smooth as polished stone and offset by sharp, feline eyes of brandished gold that miss nothing. Her hair is likewise dark, and kept styled in several intricate braids that are often adorned with golden cuffs. Each cuff is a marker of legacy and not merely decorative, etched with symbols drawn from the long, storied history of her people that she wears with great pride. While known for her sharp intellect and political finesse, Zoraya is just as equally renowned for her striking appearance, often defined by tasteful makeup, a bold lip, and her signature regalia of ivory and gold.

  • Name: President Zoraya Kel'Thara
    5lRw6nS.png
  • Loyalties:Dimok Peoples
  • Wealth: Zoraya's wealth is rooted in a combination of inheritance, lucrative mineral-rights leases, and interstellar trade tariffs collected within the controlled territories of the Sepan system. While the Ripoblus maintain control over several key orbital stations, it is Dimok influence over Sepan 8's richest mining zones and agricultural belts that grants her people significant economic leverage. In her relatively short Presidency, Zoraya has wielded these resources with calculated precision, bolstering border defenses, commissioning a fleet of agile patrol ships, and funding the construction of multi-purpose civic centers designed to serve as public infrastructure in peacetime and command relays or emergency triage stations during conflict. She's also quietly expanded civil initiatives, including youth development programs aimed at strengthening Dimok cultural identity, loyalty, and readiness, ensuring that the next generation is not only prepared to endure, but to thrive.
  • Notable Possessions:
    • Authority Ring: A neural-linked signet keyed to Dimok patrol ships and local planetary defense grids. Allows Zoraya to send fleet-wide coded signals from anywhere with line-of-sight transmission.
    • Sovereign's Edge: Forged from Phrik, and decorated with Sepani starstone, this ceremonial weapon is fully functional and can be used on both the battlefield and in rare personal combat.
    • Command Archive: A secure encrypted holotable interface, containing full Dimok tactical data, and resistance contacts. Protected by biometric locks and dual-key encryption with her Defense Minister.
  • Skills:
    • Cultural diplomacy and alliance negotiation
    • Strategic leadership in multi-front engagements
  • Languages:
  • Personality: Zoraya is unflinching and astute, raised to know that she governs not just a people, but a pressure point in a fractured system. While she will push for diplomacy, Zoraya knows better than to trust a Ripoblus and not keep her knives sharpened. Peace is a strategy, after all, not a promise.

  • Weapon of Choice: Sovereign's Edge
  • Combat Function: Zoraya is a high-value leader, not a front-line fighter. She is not without personal defense training, but her survival is key to Dimok's survival. She will fight if cornered, but is always protected by elite guards.
Strengths:
  • Fluent Diplomat
  • Intelligence Analyst
  • Military Strategist
  • Infrastructure Planning
Weaknesses:
  • High-Value Target: Her death or capture would be catastrophic for Dimok morale and legitimacy.
  • Bottleneck Leadership: Many critical systems rely on her direct authorization.

Zoraya Kel'Thara was not born in a time of peace, only in the quiet pauses between wars, with the Dimoks and Ripoblus stuck in an ideological struggle for so long that, even history has forgotten why the conflict originally started.

As the only child of the once War General, and later President, Varyn Kel'Thara, Zoraya was raised in surrounded by battle maps instead of fairy tales, taught how to speak like a Commander, but listen like a spy. From an early age, she understood that being Dimok wasn't a luxurious life, but one of survival, first and foremost.

Then, at twenty-nine, her world changed in a breath.

During a diplomatic mission near the neutral zone of Gaerboud IV, her father was assassinated. The blast tore through his convoy, killing him and two advisors instantly. Though an investigation followed, no perpetrator was ever officially named. Still, most of Dimok leadership believed, and still believes to this day, that the strike was orchestrated by the Ripoblus or one of their splinter cells.

Either way, her father passed and Zoraya stepped up to lead in his place.

Many expected her to launch an immediate counteroffensive once she was officially voted into office, while others hoped she would retreat from the growing tension. She did neither, but instead used the tragedy to reforge Dimok strength from within, tightening border defenses, strengthening political alliances, and investing in infrastructure that could double as wartime assets. She turned grief into discipline, and vengeance into vigilance.

In the three years since her ascension, she has walked a knife's edge. Though the Dimoks and Ripoblus have clashed intermittently across the Sepan system, from border violations to resource disputes, Zoraya has managed to avoid full-scale war. But with every new incursion, with every unexplained disruption to trade or sabotage of Dimok holdings, the scales threaten to tip.

Zoraya lives with that knowledge daily. It haunts her dreams and drives her every choice to be ready — not for a war she wants, but for a war she knows will come. The only question is, when?

One request to clarify the nature or type of weapon that the Sovereign's Edge is (and linking to anything pertinent, if necessary). Strong implications it is a blade, but is it long or short, thin or wide, or something altogether different?
