Strengths and Weaknesses:- Great Pilot - Zephora may only be 15, but she's a great pilot and can fly pretty much anything put in front of her.
- Smart Cookie - She is very smart for her age and tends to sit back and watch before jumping into things, while still having an eager want to learn.
- Quick Learner - While this may be a trait that leads to darker areas of the force, Zephora absorbs knowledge like a sponge, but still controls herself from going over the edge.
- Just a Small Fear - Zeph is pretty fearless as it is, so fears such as losing loved ones and friends can cause a big impact on her.
- Not too Close - Friends are nice, but having the fear of losing another family, Zephora doesn't like getting too close to people because she fears she'll lose them and she feels keeping others at a distance, will save her heart and the ones she loves.
- A Little Elemental - Zephora does have the force, but when she was younger, she discovered that she can control a much larger range of the force.
- No Replacements - Zeph already lost her father when she was younger including her mother the year after. A male human tried taing her father's place, but no one could have ever stepped into the same role of her birth parents.
Zephora was born to a happily married husband and wife named Sahera and Xandar Bridger. The two met each other while they were in the Jedi. Xandar had quite literally run into Sahera, but they then decided to talk to each other, only knowing each other from passing each other in the halls. Finding that they had alot in common, they became great friends and went on many missions together.
One time, Sahera and Xandar had gone on a mission that turned out to actually be a trap. Nobody had known except for the enemy. The Jedi received it as a distress call for help, so the two were sent to help, only to find it was a death trap. In the end, Sahera had found herself with major wounds and couldn't move. This was when Xandar realized he had feelings for her. Rescuing her from her current position, he took her back to the Jedi to have her healed.
After Sahera was pulled from her unconsciousness, Xandar came clean with his feelings for her and realizing she had the same feelings for him, they skipped dating and got engaged, getting married the next year. It wasn't much longer after the marriage, that they found they were pregnant with Zephora. Together, they decided it would be best to settle somewhere and have their baby in peace. Somewhat separating themselves from the Jedi, they found a place on Shili and settled until it was time for the little Zephora to arrive. The only thing they didn't know, was that they had been tracked by a dark force wielder, that hid himself well in the shadows.
Nine months later, a beautiful little baby girl was born. Sahera had gone through quite a bit of pain during this and it was said that she wouldn't have much longer to live. When it was time to go home, they put the finishing touches of the nursery together and Zephora was ready to move in.
Nothing too much happened until three years came. Xandar had received a rare call from the Jedi begging for his help. He told them that he had a child to raise, but they didn't budge. They needed his expertise for a technical issue, so he went and just as he sensed, was struck down by a Dark sider. Sahera had learned about this not much longer after his death from a close friend that had joined him.
Personality:
Zephora is a rather spunky girl. She has a good sense of humor, despite her past and she prefers to keep things light instead of serious. Don't worry though, Zeph does have a head about herself and she knows when it's time to get down to business.
All humor and spunk set aside, Zephora has a very good sense for trouble and she knows when she's being tricked. She'll play along for a while but when she knows the enemy's fun is coming, she crashes the party and leaves them in shock, making them easy targets for herself.
Other than that, Zeph can be sassy, dark and she can also have very strong opinions. It's a part of who she is and she doesn't want it any other way.
Biography:
When Zephora was a three year old, she lost her father to a dark sider during a mission he was called upon. During this time, Zeph had suffered from his disappearance in person. He at least came to her through the force. One night, he appeared for her through the force and when she realized that she was unable to actually hug him, she cried. But he explained to her what was going on in the best way that she would listen and understand. He told her that she had the ability to wield the force, being the main reason she was able to see him.
The following year, Sahera followed in Xandar's lead and died on a mission that wound up being a trap for her. Zephora had gone for quite a few days without knowing what happened to her parents. She worried about them for days until someone of the Jedi came and told her about her parents. She had thought of the worst and of course, it became the truth.
The Jedi that told Zephora of her parents, had stayed with the little one for a while. Either way, she had nowhere to go or anyone to care, so he stepped in and helped her through her life. Only being a four year old and being on her own, she was young for training, but the Jedi knew she was force sensitive. So he started teaching the basics of the force and saber combat and worked his way up as the years went by.
By the time Zephora was nine, she was already ahead of most younglings and she was learning very tough subjects as a little girl. Also being on her own and not being taught directly in the Temple, gave them both the advantage of advancing in parts they were acing and work harder on the parts that troubled Zephora.
During this time, the Knight had also taught her how to fly. He gave her her very own ship to fly and take care of and that she did very well. Any information she could get while training to be a Jedi or learning to fly her own ship, she soaked up quickly, having the large want to learn.
Having the want to learn something, was a key ingredient as she was growing up. The young Togruta took in so much knowledge, that her friend could barely keep up with her. Once the Zephora turned ten, they had a little party for her and he introduced her to her first lightsaber. Zeph was ecstatic. That day they went out and practiced for hours upon hours with the lihtsaber even to the point that it was dark out and they could only see the blades.
They practiced like this for days upon weeks, upon months, splitting it between flight and saber practice. By the time Zephora was thirteen she was an ace with her blade and she had even learned how to use it in the reverse hold which she adopted as her primary style for fighting. A week or two after her birthday, her friend took her to an old Jedi Temple and let her go through a trial, which she received another Kyber crystal from. Not long after this event, the two had been assigned to a mission after checking in on the Jedi. It wound up being more dangerous than they expected, but it was completed and one less person coming out than going in. Zephora had known him all her life. During the mission, she had been injured badly with many cuts and scratches all over along with a few broken bones. The most broken of all though, was her heart. She'd lost a master, a friend and a father.
Now she's fifteen and she still struggles from time to time, but with her master's knowledge on her side an her parents through spirit, she would be able to make it through and continue with life.
