BIOGRAPHY:
Born and raised on the planet of Csilla, passing through the Chiss academies as a top student from a young age, (for chiss) and started his training to join the Chiss Navy at the age of twenty. After passing through the Chiss Navy requirements, he left the Ascendancy to join the Fel Imperium after learning of the feats of Grand Admiral Thrawn, wishing to join the Empire that he helped to join, and if possible, surpass Thrawn's own achievements.

Yeah, you're right, there were 12 Grand Admirals. However, in the Fel Imperium's Naval Leigon, there is only one Grand Admiral whose formal title is the Executor of the Navy. If you're planning on joining the Fel Imperium, I suggest taking a look at this link.
