IMPERIAL RECLAMATION AUTHORITY
PERSONNEL DOSSIER: INQUISITORIUS
DOCUMENT ID: IRA-INQ-06-ZS
SECURITY CLEARANCE: LEVEL 4 (RESTRICTED ACCESS)

I. IDENTIFICATION PROFILE
  • OPERATIVE DESIGNATION: Sixth Sister
  • BIRTH NAME: Zara Saga
  • SPECIES: Human
  • AGE: Mid Twenties
  • PREVIOUS AFFILIATION: High Council of the Diarchy
  • CURRENT ASSIGNMENT: Imperial Reclamation Authority, Inquisitorius Specialist Corps
  • PRIMARY DISCIPLINE: Pyrokinesis, Form VIII (Jar'Kai Variant)
II. EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW
Inquisitor Zara Saga represents a highly specialized, politically complex acquisition for the Imperial Reclamation Authority. Formerly the Archon of Light within the collapsed Diarchy, Saga wields an exceptional combination of martial precision, administrative competence, and volatile Force proficiency. Following the disappearance of the Diarchs and the subsequent fragmentation of their territory, Saga deliberately evaded integration into the Lilaste Order. Recognizing the Authority as the premier vehicle for absolute galactic stabilization, she voluntarily surrendered her former titles to join the Inquisitorius.

Saga operates with the clinical ruthlessness required of the state's hunting arm. She rejects the philosophical romanticism of both the Jedi and Sith, aligning perfectly with the Authority's doctrine that supernatural power must remain subordinate to civilian and military institutions. Her operational focus is centered on the systematic location, containment, and elimination of unaligned Force-sensitives, with a secondary, deeply ingrained strategic preference for operations targeting Mandalorian factions.

III. BACKGROUND & SERVICE HISTORY
Saga was born into a military logistics household on Bastion. Identified early with an unusually high midichlorian count and a distinct aptitude for heat-based manipulation, she was enrolled in the Crucible of Order at age six. Rather than relying solely on raw power, Saga excelled by mastering the optics of authority, navigating the institution's hierarchy through calculated performance and administrative competence.

Her progression attracted the attention of the Diarchy's upper echelon, leading to a direct apprenticeship under Lady Nocturne. This mentorship refined her capabilities, transforming a volatile pyrokinetic asset into a sophisticated political operative capable of balancing overt military threats with institutional diplomacy. At age twenty-three, she became the youngest individual appointed to the Diarchy's High Council, frequently serving as an enforcer, emissary, and instructor of Force theory.

As the Diarchy deteriorated due to internal instability and weak leadership, Saga became increasingly disillusioned with its command structure. When the regime ultimately collapsed and its leaders vanished, Saga chose a different path rather than joining the emerging regional remnants. She disappeared, trading her political titles for the uniform of the Inquisitorius. She views the Imperial Reclamation Authority as a rational, highly organized machine capable of permanently eradicating the cyclical conflicts caused by Jedi, Sith, and Mandalorian cultures.

IV. PHYSICAL & TACTICAL ANALYSIS
===================================================
TACTICAL ATTRIBUTES EVALUATION / METRICS
===================================================
Primary Force Talent: Advanced Pyrokinesis
Lightsaber Style: Jar'Kai Dual-Blade Proficiency
Armor Specifications: Modified Lightweight Inquisitorial Weave (Matte Black)
Command Capability: High (Qualified for Independent Conclave Leadership)
===================================================

Saga maintains a highly disciplined physical presence designed to project absolute institutional authority. Her combat methodology is fluid and theatrical, heavily relying on lethal kinetic sequences augmented by precise, localized thermal manipulation.

Tactically, she is an expert at identifying structural fractures in opposing organizations, using psychological pressure to exploit operational weaknesses. Her primary vulnerability remains an acute intolerance for administrative chaos or ambiguous chains of command. When exposed to disorganized operations, her performance metrics show a tendency toward aggressive overcompensation, occasionally resulting in volatile thermal feedback and premature escalation of force.

V. INQUISITORIUS DOCTRINE COMPLIANCE
Saga has successfully adjusted to the flat rank structure of the Inquisitorious. Operating without the burden of separate bureaucratic sub-branches, she functions as an independent, versatile asset capable of transitioning between artifact recovery, counter-intelligence support, and high-value target elimination.

She remains fully subordinate to the broader non-Force-sensitive hierarchy of the Authority, acknowledging that the Inquisitorius exists to serve the state machine rather than to dictate its direction. Her integration records indicate absolute alignment with the directive that the Force is merely a tool of civilization, to be leashed, controlled, and weaponized under strict Imperial law.

Zara Saga
Mid Twenties - Human

Archon of Light, High Council of the Diarchy
"Peace is not a state - it is an imposition. And I will impose it beautifully."

Overview

Zara Saga is a paragon of the Diarchy's new order: poised, powerful, and deeply unsettling to anyone hoping to undermine Bastion's vision of galactic peace. As the Archon of Light, an elite position within the Diarchy's ruling council, Zara bridges the gap between martial precision, spiritual authority, and bureaucratic genius. With a pair of yellow lightsabers and a will of fire, she teaches at the Crucible of Order while enforcing Diarchic law across the stars, embodying both the velvet glove and the iron fist.

A born citizen of Bastion and a prodigy of the Brotherhood's Crucible, Zara has risen swiftly under the tutelage of Lady Nocturne. But behind her bright beauty and textbook perfection lies a molten core of ambition, insecurity, and a faintly theatrical disdain for failure, especially your failure.

History

Zara was born into privilege on Bastion, but not luxury. Her mother was a minor logistics officer in the early Diarchic navy - efficient, plain, and revered by Zara about as much as one reveres a spreadsheet. Her father? Allegedly a Brotherhood member, though Zara's only inheritance from him was an unusually high midichlorian count and the nagging suspicion that she was always being watched.

Identified early for her rare aptitude in pyrokinesis, she was enrolled in the Crucible of Order by the age of six. There, she rapidly rose through the ranks, not because she was the strongest, but because she was the one most willing to look like the strongest. Zara understood early that power wasn't enough. You had to market it.

Her rise caught the attention of Lady Nocturne, wife of Diarch Reign, who took her on as an apprentice in both Force disciplines and in the ancient art of backroom politics. It was from Nocturne that Zara learned how to mask ruthlessness with grace, and how to deliver policy like a promise and a threat rolled into one honeyed syllable.

At twenty-three, she became the youngest Archon ever appointed to the Diarchy's High Council, a fact she reminds people of regularly, especially those twice her age with half her accomplishments.

Now she serves as a roving enforcer, emissary, and educator, splitting her time between teaching Force theory at the Crucible and executing the Diarchs' will with surgical precision.

Physical Appearance

Zara is genetically engineered to make you feel insecure. She's tall without being threatening, her posture a sculpture of poise and veiled menace. Her blonde hair is a shimmering cascade of calculated effortlessness, and her blue eyes contain just enough warmth to lull people into forgetting she can set them on fire with a blink.

She wears robes of the Brotherhood, sleek, matte black with subtle golden lining, but modifies hers for mobility and, let's be honest, style. Her lightsabers are custom-forged: sleek hilts with elegant emitter guards, their yellow blades igniting like twin sunrises designed to ruin your evening.

Personality

Zara is charming in the same way a high-performance speeder is charming, beautiful, efficient, and vaguely threatening if you're in the wrong lane. She's manipulative, but in a way that makes you feel like you're being let in on the plan rather than being used as a pawn in it.

Loyal to the Diarchy and to the Diarchs themselves, Zara is nonetheless a self-made phenomenon. She believes in order, not obedience. In control, not chaos. She's mothering when she's teaching, flirtatious when she's persuading, and ruthless when someone needs to be... corrected.

She's also a brat. The kind that's always right, and worse - knows it.

Strengths & Weaknesses

Strengths:
  • Pyrokinesis Prodigy: One of the most gifted Force users in her generation, especially in heat-based manipulation. Can literally burn through lies.
  • Political Weapon: Trained by the best manipulator in the Diarchy. Zara never enters a room without calculating how to own it.
  • Jar'kai Expertise: Her twin lightsabers are extensions of her will. She doesn't duel, she choreographs.
  • Public Figure: Her popularity within the Crucible and among Diarchy loyalists gives her soft power to rival some military commanders.
Weaknesses:
  • Control Freak: Cannot tolerate chaos. Ambiguity in command structures or emotions makes her twitchy and sometimes unstable.
  • Image-Obsessed: Reluctant to show weakness or vulnerability, even when it costs her genuine connection.
  • Overachiever Burnout: Constantly operating at 110% and resenting anyone who doesn't, including herself.
  • Pyrokinesis Backlash: Her power is potent but volatile. Emotional overload can cause unintended flare-ups.

Quirks

  • Drinks a herbal Bastion blend that smells like roasted firewood. Claims it "centers her aura" but it's probably just to weird people out.
  • Writes her students' names in red ink. Says it's for "clarity" but it's giving intergalactic mean girl energy.
  • Refuses to fly her own ship but critiques her pilots constantly. Allegedly once grounded a transport mid-flight just to "re-express the mission objectives."
