CONTENTS:
An autobiographical account of the life of Sith Master Sorceror Lord Zannah. The book, despite it's training abilities, has the effect of making a reader weak/harming them. It is unknown why, but to read the book for to long can result in physical issues that are retained for life.
(OOC Note: This is entirely up to the user, and is entirely debatable. The effects are automatically there as to use such an item needs a side effect)

Despite once holding an immeasurable amount of Offensive spells, but after the eons and multiple destructive forces interacting with the book it holds only a few, defensive mostly.

This submission is basically a user-created holocron with a canon name slapped on it. I have multiple issues with this. Firstly, it's forcing new things on a very recognizeable and important character from canon. If this submission were to be approved we would be changing the canon about Zannah and saying she made a spellbook, when we have no indicators that she did. Secondly, their isn't any development for this listed, so in essence a faction is gaining access to teaching on some rare force powers for free. Thirdly, these spells don't even match what Zannah had done and learned. She never had the capacity for healing, nor did she learn nightsister spells. Four of the five skills you have listed Zannah didn't learn.

Overall, this submission is denied, on premise of bad following of canon, lack of dev thread, and powergaming.
