Description: Beginning life as a relatively simple YT-2400 produced by CEC, the Turhaya was not much beyond an honest working freighter for the beginning part of its career. Its history is a bit more fluid, because the description is more the work on the ship after she fell into the ownership of one Julius Sedaire. Armed with standard turrets, when the ship was brought into Galactic Alliance space, Coren Starchaser took the direction on what would be useful for a pilot-in-training, and would give a battlemaster a step up in combat. Replacing the turrets with dual-heavy laser cannons, and installing an option for the pilot to initiate computer control over the turrets for firing solution, these have been upgraded to allow for heavy fire power to protect the ship from enemies. Warhead launchers were replaced with FlexTube launchers to allow for a variety of ordinance to be carried within vessel. Finally, Coren installed a heavy laser cannon directly under the cockpit on this vessel, to give her pilot the means to throw destruction right where he needs it, when he needs it.
The remainder of the systems have been upgraded and are in line with most 'hero' level vessels and modern specifications, with the targeting system having an advanced upgrade to allow for the use of the droid control on both turrets.
Internally, the vessel has been cleared out, and looks more akin to a military gunboat and Jedi diplomatic vessel than a break bulk freighter. The interior was redesigned to the liking of Sedaire and includes ample space for weaponry and a converted cargo hold to be used as a combinationhookah and coffee maker, it even makes Julian fries! sparring room and meditation chamber.
