Within the famed Citadel of Ice buried under the polar ice caps the ceremony will take place joining Muad Dib, Alor of Clan Farr, a Shaman of the Doashim, Commander of Task Force Unicorn, Admiral of the Siskeen Naval Command, and chairman of the Aegis Corporation to the heir to the crown of Siskeen, the ruling hierarchy of the Siskeen Union of Balinaka, Togorian, and Cathar.
