PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

A relatively short, furry male with short-faced Zygerrian snout combined with Bothan head shape. Has fingers and toes ending in claws, dark brown almost red eyes. Typically wears a cape, uniform, and badge of office as Vice-Adjudicator of the Diarchy's Network.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

A cynical and suspicious man with a gruff and uncompromising nature, Yorran believes in making the control of the state an invisible hand rather than an omnipresent oppressive force, and holds carrots in higher esteem than sticks. Nonetheless, he can be brutal and uncompromising when chaos threatens the order of good governance.

Trained in intelligence skills and tactics, including limited slicing, B&E, observation, and interrogation techniques.
Trained in the use of police weapons and fighting techniques.
Can operate a starship and speeder, along with their associated weapons systems.

A desire to leave the control of state unseen sometimes causes him to use insufficient force to decisively end threats.

HISTORY

Born to a Bothan slave mother named Yimry Vosk, who was violated while enslaved to a Zygerrian master, Yorran and his mother were liberated thanks to a campagn by Diarch Rellik Diarch Rellik and Diarch Reign Diarch Reign in opposition to slave activity. He has been loyal to the Diarchs ever since, though for a long time they did not know who he was or what impact they'd had on his life.

Working under Darius Vex Darius Vex , Yorran helped to implement the Diarchy's vast intelligence group, known merely as the 'Network.' He has worked diligently to climb its ranks, and recently ascended to the office of Vice Adjudicator. Being a more hands-on type of leader, Yorran is seen more often operating in the field and participating in meetings than his more secretive and isolated superior.
