Description: The territory that the Haven Citadel occupies stretches for many miles. More or less being desert however, the Citadel is mainly constructed out of durasteel, with a quadarnium framed lining to give it its standard dreary grey appearance. A relatively standard construct, after Maurice Dalton had been named Commissioner of the planet Yalara, he worked with Asharad Graush, the at the time Colonel of the White Wolves and they met up with each other to discuss the development of a Citadel. First, the Colonel had gone to the Commissioner of the closest city, who happened to be Maurice, and he had agreed in aiding with designing its interior and where to place it in the Red Desert.
In addition to the numerous stormtrooper barracks throughout the multiple miles of land, there are also Noghri barracks as well, to further integrate the warrior species into the First Order Military's way of life. This was a two way street however, as it also allowed the Noghri to teach the stormtroopers their ways of combat, so that in the event a stormtrooper was without their armour, or was disarmed, they wouldn't be without a way of combating, beyond senseless brawling.
There are multiple sensor towers spread out throughout the territory as well. These did as their names suggested, read out life signs over vast distances, and also doubled as communication towers. Without them, the Citadel would be relatively blind beyond its own horizon. Coupled with that, was the most important sensor and communication tower, being situated within the centre of the Citadel. Although its transmitter was on the top of the Citadel, it was relatively short range, thus forcing the Citadel to communicate via the multiple lines of sensor towers over the planet. In this way, it took time for information to travel between military forces.
History: The construction for the White Wolves Haven Citadel came to Asharad when he was travelling over the Red Desert for the War Games that had been organized with the Noghri and the Military of the First Order. The War Games had ranged from small scale naval engagements with the First Order and combat in an arena with the Army, and then a signal representative of both sides that had to trek across the Red Desert, named for its intense heat, without the use of the Force, and to see who was more fit. Described as being one of the more harder of the tasks, the Colonel A'sharad Graush had taken it upon himself to take this objective upon himself. By the end of the War Games, A'sharad had crossed the Red Desert first with a single minded determination.
However, as he hydrated and came to understand the distance that he had travelled, he realized that the and was relatively vast, untouched by the Noghri people that inhabited the planet now. It was an excellent location for an all seeing Citadel that aided in the protection of the planet. Although, the original idea had been for the 482nd Regiment that Colonel Asharad headed, only soon after had he been assigned to the White Wolves as its commanding officer.
Although the Citadel is relatively new, it still boasts being one of the largest First Order planetary constructs, when it came in the form of the military however.
