PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Plays at being a coy innocent whenever she can get away with it. She does it really well. Beneath that veneer she is a cold calculating diplomat turned criminal. She is filled with ambition, but has a great deal of loyalty to Domina Vadora Grieve, who she works for in the Krykna after they were both nearly killed as being undesirable leftovers of a toppled government in Lianna.

HISTORY
Xiann Torr does not exist except in the roll call of the underworld organization known as the Krykna. The name could exist for another twi’lek somewhere in the galaxy, but there is not a single record for this being with that name. Her name at birth is even less likely to be found in a holonet search. She was born somewhere in Hutt Space, to presumably indentured parents. At some point in her young life she was “adopted” by a powerful couple from Chandaar. She was named Cerri Dene and was raised with all the benefits of wealth and power.
Near the end of her studies, she was recruited to become the aid of the Moff representing Chandaar, Agmena Rend. While the Empire of the Lost was leaning towards military dominance, Agmena recognized that Cerri was strong-willed enough to stand up to the military type, and clever enough to be an asset in council meetings. Cerri threw herself into bettering Chandaar first and the whole Empire as well. But the rise of Emperor Velran Kilran ended those plans. Most of the Moff Council was killed. Agmena and Cerri escaped by what they assumed was luck, but was actually outside interference. Now they exist in the shadows, commanding the underworld of the region they sought to bring soft order and justice to.
