-2 Heavy Ion Canons

make these just fighter scale ion cannons. Heavy ion canons are massive starship mounted weapons.

-2 Proton Torpedo Launchers

as small as this is these would be bigger than the craft itself. I recommend you make the length and width 3 meters and the height 1 meter. even at X2's size 1 meter in diameter is tiny for something that flys with weapons.

Also at this size, a torp is usually .75 to 2 meters long by itself. For you to have 12 of them on this is just too much. I recommend you use micro missiles.
