APPEARANCE:
One should not be deceived by Wyla’s lithe and fragile appearance. She is average height and has a thin build. Her skin is pale with a lovely porcelain complexion. Both her eyes and long hair are dark black. Despite her heavy, synthetic frame she moves with the grace of a dancer.
PERSONALITY:
Quiet – Something that carried over from her human life
Introspective –She tends to turn inward in order to process new information
Friendly – Generally has a pleasant disposition
Literal - This is the easiest way to understand others and express herself, subtle nuance of language has been lost
No sense of humor - As with the above, jokes/clever word play go over her head
Wyla is struggling to find a balance between emotions in her organic brain, and how that reacts with her mostly synthetic body. If her mind becomes overly-fatigued it results in a loss of emotional stability.

BIOGRAPHY:
A History Forgotten:
Wyla grew up in the splendor of Naboo, born into a wealthy family. Her mother passed away during childbirth, and this left her father alone to care for her. Due to the loss of his wife, Wyla’s father was very over protective, keeping his daughter sheltered and as safe as possible. She was well known for her stunning looks, graceful form, and kind disposition. When she was in her early twenties she was involved in a shuttle crash, this left her body burned and damaged beyond recognition. However, there was a small glimmer of brain activity left, and her father rushed her to a cyberneticist to assist with preserving his daughter’s life. As her father was in ill health by this time, it was vastly important that his daughter live and carry on the family legacy.
It was also important to her father that her brain be left in its organic form, but supported by implants, in order to keep the more of the daughter he knew alive. Unfortunately her father did not live to see her reborn with cybernetics, having passed away during her first year post accident. Wyla cannot recall any memories before her accident, unless she is dreaming.

Cybernetic Life:
Wyla spent the first year after her accident in a medically induced coma on life support, as the cyberneticist worked to prepare her damaged body to receive cybernetics. He had to work fast to install the neural implants to preserve as much of her brain as he could. The main purpose of the implants at this time was to stabilize her brain activity. The implants were created to repair the extensive damage to her brain and to improve it over time, eventually exceeding her previous capacity. The slow process was also necessary to keep the neural implants from overloading.
During Wyla’s second year in the Cybernetics lab she remained on life support and in a coma. Her major organs were replaced with synthetic/enhanced versions. Her new skeletal structure was complete and ready to be installed. While it is not necessary for Wyla to eat, she was given the ability to process food, for pleasure and emotional well-being.
The third year of her cybernetic life was mainly supported by her new organs, to ensure that they were in working order. This was also the time when she received much of her cosmetic reconstruction. Wyla’s eyes were replaced with implants and her ability to hear was repaired and enhanced with cochlear implants. A near flawless complexion was created for her with synthskin, Wyla’s delicate features were painstakingly recreated. The last enhancement she received during this time was magnetic implants in her fingertips(thumb and ring finger, both hands), which allow her to ‘feel’ magnetic fields.
The fourth year was a time of much trial and error, working to complete connections between her brain and her new body. Her delicate musculature was left intact, but reconditioned for improved strength. This year her motor skills were tested and improved, nearly bringing her back to her former graceful glory. Though she was conscious, she remembers very little of this time period.
Current status:
It is estimated that her brain function is running at only 60%, letting her move and perform simple tasks. Speech and comprehension are slowly on the rise. As the work to improve her mind, she needs to re-learn skills, and even basic speech patterns. Wyla’s short term memory is lacking, and long term memory only comes in to play when she is asleep or in small bursts. Her current memories and experiences are being backed up via the neural implants, though she doesn’t understand the ability to access this information yet.
