Wrong password, apparently?

So, I am trying to change this character's name from "Ahsen Kashii" to "Ahsen Kandossii" because she was adopted by Kal.

Thing is, the site keeps telling me my password is incorrect -- but when I signed out and logged back in using that same password, it worked like a charm.

Am I doing something wrong or does the site just hate me?
