Description:
The gardens possess some of the most deadly plants known to the galaxy, such as the arool cactus, the coma-bloom, the stingwort, and other less deadly plants, whose properties are being constantly studied.
However, one section of the garden, glassed-off from the other plants, houses the black orchid plant, and it's this plant that possesses certain properties that fascinates everyone that works in the gardens.
Each plant has it's own section, and each section created and dedicated to each particular plant's needed environment to ensure it's growth and survival.
Due to the nature of the plants, heavily armed guards protect the only way in or out, with orders to kill anyone attempting to enter without proper authorization.
History:
With the destruction of most of the scientific facilities by the fallen Black Rose, Darth Venefica needed a new facility in which to conduct the research required to create abominations through alchemy, gene splicing, and other methods deemed by the galaxy as unethical practices. Learning from her past mistakes, a grounded facility would be easily found and dispatched, so she decided that a facility would be created and would become an addition to her under construction personal warship.
Over the months during her self-imposed exile, she secretly collected the plants from the ruins of Black Rose facilities, as well as gathering them through expeditions.
Just as she did with her science lab, she conducted interviews, only accepting those that held the same alignment as she; dispatching the failed candidates to the role of "experimental personnel".
