Snow would fall down from the sky so gently...

The smoke of fireplaces' fire can be seen rising up above the houses of the village, up to the sky.

It is calm, not a single sound besides snow dropping is heard.

A hooded man inspects the whole scenery from above the cliffs, looking down from mountains which surround the quiet village.

He remains unnoticed.

Anastasia was not one of inhabitants of the village, but one could tell she often wanders around the planet just... doing something. She loved helping people and loved exploring, so why not combine both of them? She had come to the village with no ideas, no thoughts, but now that she had ended up here, she was already so busy. Like... so busy.

All the buckets of water needed to be transported, children had to be babysitted... Even though not much was heard from up above, one in the village would say it was the noisiest day of all times.

The man frowns.
He doesn't see much, but he can sense.
A small idea comes into his mind, and he smiles. It is a nice idea.
Turning around, the man starts stepping towards his Vhaanir and then as he reaches him, he takes a small package from his bag.
The blue eyes gaze into it and the man puts it back into the bag. The leather handsewn container holds many packages of similar sizes, yet all of the things inside are different.
He feels like a mystery is about to begin.

Jax was in his ship in the atmosphere of Midvinter. The planet was in Levantine space, near the Imperial remnant and Jax was conducting small raids. He stood in his dropship, looking over his soldiers. He donned his mask, eyes glowing red and his pistol hanging at his hip. 240 Imperial troops in cold weather gear were in front of him, along with 12 speeder bike units. Speaking into his comm unit, he ordered the pilot to start to descend. They were now above cloud level, but the whine of engines would be heard from below. Below them was a village, yet still out of sight.

Jeela Tillian

Jeela pulled her coat tighter around her, and cinched the belt, sticking her gloved hands deep within the pockets. Her face was both pale and red from the cold that emanated around her, crackling in the air. SMoke drifted up ahead of her, presumably from a village. She quickened her pace towards it. Fire sounded wonderful now, and it would feel wonderful too.

It looked like it would only be a few hundred meters more, and she caught a whiff of food, and she smiled, more genuinely than usual, and broke into a trot. She felt a pulse through the Force though, and she froze, dropping to a half-crouch. Where was it? Nearby? No, not apparently. The warning would have been more pronounced if the danger had been close. She would remain on her guard though. No need to be careless.

Doctor Yan Korab

Midvinter Ranger and Medic (Neutral Good)
[member="Anastasia Stefanova"], [member="Jax Malric"], @Jeela Tillian,

Midvinter,
On a hill nearby the Valkyri village,

It was a quiet, snowy day on Midvinter, as it usually went on the cold planet, Doctor Yan was just watching a nearby village where he was to make his lodging for the eve from a nearby hill, sitting steadfast on his loyal Vhaanir mare, his weaponry hanging either off of his back or his mount, secured to the creature.

But just as he was about to move off of the vantage point towards the village it was something unsettling he has caught in the freezing air.

A whining whirr of descending engines, although it was a sound new to the Ranger, it was one he could easily pick out with his hearing, a sense good enough on the experienced hunter, augmented with his connection to the Force. Especially it was an easy noise to notice since it was so very strange and alien to this world.

The Doctor would look up to the sky, watching the clouds which concealed whatever was descending from above them. His eyes would close, letting the darkness envelop his sight as he muttered a prayer to Éar to grant him the spell of sight, or what was actually Force Sense. He reached out towards the skies, letting himself be one with the land and nature once more, taking in the essence of the crisp air and tumbling blanket of clouds, as his sense penetrated them and he felt for life that disturb the heavens of Midvinter so.

And to his disturbance, he felt something, he was not sure what it was, but it felt big. A big point of life in the sky. What was actually 240 troops seemed more like a one big blimp as hastily the Doctor would take out a horn from one of the saddle bags and tilt his Doctor Mask, moving the beak to reveal his mouth and ragged beard.

BWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

The sound of Doctor's horn would echo through the valley and the village as he has blown the horn in alarm.

"Wyvern!"

He boomed, letting his voice echo as well as he has hopefully gotten the villager's attention,

"Dragon!"

He thundered once more as he brought the mouthpiece of his horn to the corner of his lips again,

BWOOOOOOOOOOOOO-OOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

"Deamons in the sky!"

He warned the villagers as he moved his beak over his mouth again, tilting his beak to let his mask cover his mouth once more as he snapped his steed's rains,

"Hyah!"

The Doctor would sped down the hill towards the village, unknown of what kind of being, or beings, were coming down from the sky, what he knew, however, they needed to either hide or fight from this alien danger.
