Who took away my PM box?

SO eh my PM window has suddenly disappeared for this character and it seems the rest of my characters have one. So who did it? :huh:

Anyway is there a way i can fix this on my end or is it a Bug? If your getting the same issue post in here please.

Click your name next to your avatar in the top left navigation, click personal messenger. You'll be taken to your inbox and asked if you wish to re-enable your inbox, as you have currently de-activated it. Click enable.
