The Iron Lord Protector (Neutral Good)
We have a new Skirmish up, this time started by Darth Abyss! It was all planned as I invited him to fight us and cause some trouble within our territory, I believe it would be a good way to bring some new energy and excitement to our storylines.
So unlike our previous skirmishes this is going to be PvP instead of PvE, the story is that Abyss wants to hijack one of our Space Hulk ships to plunder it and steal it for himself, however due to our Merchant Fleets it's pretty rare that one just wanders off on its own. When he does finally manage to find a seemingly perfect target, little does he know that the ship was part of a plan to bait in and ambush the Deep Ones, and it's filled with various Metal Lords and allies among with their forces.
Me and Abyss would like for all Metal Lord characters who do take part in this to start aboard the Space Hulk, since it's our first skirmish we want to keep it bit more contained so it doesn't spiral out of control too soon, that's a good way to generate salt and end a story before it starts. So we hope that all, or most, of the fighting will be contained aboard the Space Hulk, including its large open hangars and the tight winding corridors with makeshift barricades Metal Lords set up in preparation to fight the Deep Ones aboard it.
If you really want to fleet or fight in a starfighter, or bring your own ship however, let me know ahead of time and I'll talk to Abyss to make sure it's alright or work out a compromise, although more ships probably won't be brought in until later when Metal Lords sent out a call for reinforcements or when the thread is about to wrap up.
