Jedi Hotelier
Not that Varindar regretted being a hotel general manager, running a hotel that catered to non-Trandoshan guests, just that she found that it was a lot to take in, especially early in the learning curve. It was still early to form an opinion on her master, one Morse Sunrider, but, while the actual number of guests have increased since the SJ appointed her to run the hotel, there were still some vacancies. In the end, the revenues are largely unchanged since the revenues cashed in from the cancellation are compensated by guests checking in at lower prices and thus most gains come from outside the rooms proper, primarily the restaurant but also the beauty salon. Now, perhaps the hotelier would actually host one of her fellow padawans at the hotel, but she wasn't sure as to whether [member="Tanaski Yumi"] was there for a meal, a night or some other reason. She might have wished for an opportunity to unwind, but she knew that pleasing the guests was very important, especially if she hoped to keep the hotel running well past the relaunch. Because she knew that, for just about any product or service, the novelty effect was due to wear off at some point. As she came across the padawan's gaze, she starts asking him about the purpose of his visit.
