What is it thats really going on here? (Open/Annaj)

There wasn't much that she could recall. And what she was able to gather from her past just made a bit of sense. It made certain events and... feelings, emotionally, psychologically, and hell, even from the Force, make sense. It gave them order. And that was helpful. There wasn't much she could claim to know for certain, but that didn't matter. She and Coren were both not in cryostasis anymore. The galaxy had changed. How long had they been stored away?

Jared was grown now. He was grown and doing what his father couldn't, or didn't want. He was commanding a Space Wing for the Fringe Federation, based off of the Dawn Treader, that was a feat. The fact that the McLean and Ardellian line had kept the ship alive was not a surprise, but the fact tha those two families didn't tear themselves apart in a fit of love and hate was respectable.

And the genetic modification program was still going forward. And going forward strong. Riley and Jared had both undergone it. And then there was that wayward nephew of hers. That Marek Starchaser.. What she gathered was that he was invested in the Abrion Sector, and was running a casino line. That could become useful later on.

But right now wasn't the time for focus on that. She and Coren had pulled the Sunrise into a hangar. The ship was open, and it seemed to be a busy enough day on Annaj. Still, with Coren tinkering around outside the ship. Checking it for whatever, and anyone passing the ship would probably get chatted up from him. She herself? In the ships lounge, within earshot of the gangway and going through some boxes.

There were a few things that she recognized, animal bones, fossilzed stones, dried plants. She knew what they were, but the why she had them was what she was missing.

Shaking her head, she grabbed her datapad, complete with a photo log of all the things that she and Coren had stored aboard the ship. Grabbing a pistol, hers really, but just she didn't even think about it, as it was hanging by the gangway and strapping it to her belt, she made her way down the gangway. Looking around the hangar, she was trying to decide where to go.

The pair didn't have much to do yet, but she wanted to change that. With Coren taking time to meditate on some shard of a Starchaser holocron and starcharts, she knew he was getting antsy to get off world, and back into the galaxy.

The ship would be ready soon. But would she? Biting her lip, she looked around and made her way towards the open air cafe. Hopefully something interesting would be happening.
