New Plympto - Just outside the Ancient Jedi Temple
The tropics were not kind to those encased in several kilos of beskar'gam, but as his Narglatch mount, Var'ren raced through the forest the wind was a nice touch. However, poor Iskandar was struggling to keep up with the stride of the much larger apex predator of Naboo. Var'ren's heavy paws gracefully padded along the wet forest floor, the reigns guiding the magnificent beast towards their destination, the Jedi Temple Davin's prey was last seen.
As the hunting trio broke through the forest wall the breath left Davin's chest. The temple was a thing of ancient beauty. Removing his helmet and clipping it to his belt he allowed his eyes to look the building up and down before a yip from the impatient Anooba.
<Right, right we've got work to do.> Iskandar snorted and turned away, beginning to sniff out anything that could be a clue. Even to his untrained senses, he could tell something was not right with the air. It had the same smell that a battlefield held after a major loss. The same kind of despair clung to the place despite the Temple's honest effort to push away such a darkness.
Dismounting he put his helmet back on and activated a scanner set to pick up traces of Human DNA. He expected to find something, even with his poor Force tracking skillset his skills as a normal tracker were nothing to scoff at.
